Only good if you know everything there is about vapeing. If your a newbie or newer to vapeing they will take advantage of you. Youll ask there opinion and theyll sell you stuff saying its the best and a week later when it breaks or isnt working properly they tell you its a piece of crap and has known issues and try and sell you somthing else. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR NEW TO VAPEING they will take advantage with no remorse when it breaks (even if its still in warrenty their 30 day thing is a hoax). Also they have no way to try flavors they offer you a smell lmao in my experience it rarely tastes like it smells. Your better off just staying away from this place. Also side note the person that rated a 5 star works there I know this for a fact which is another clue to how shady they are STAY AWAY.

Song and dance, dont trust them. Guy said yes to every question I had and lied to me about the functionality of an e cig setup. Asked simple questions like, can it be plugged in and used? He said yes, it doesnt.... Had it for 6 months, already needs replacing. But thats not his fault. Its mine for listening to and believing this guy that a Chinese made ecig was actually quality. It started malfunctioning in 6 weeks. Been a huge pain ever since. Should be 5 presses to turn on, now it is at least 6 or more....

I have been to this particular store about 10 times now and every time the guys were so helpful. Went in last night because I had dropped my vape and broken it so I was in need of a new one. It was one of those days where everything I did went wrong and when I went in the guys could tell that I was having a horrible day. He gave me a huge discount on my new vape just because. He didnt have to but doing that was just so awesome of him!! So my bad day ended on a good note. Thanks guys!! ❤️

Trash. Their refund policy is lies. Sold a leaking tank then wouldnt replace or fix it. Lied about the mod they sold, dosent have the functions they said it does. How am I going to know the tank you sold me leaks and the mod doesnt do what you said it does if I dont open them and try them? As another review stated, everything was our fault. Better off going to the shop in Minooka, should have went there in the first place

As much as I want to bad mouth this guy because he tried screwing me on my coils Im not going to be that customer and im going to give an honest review. They have a lot of juice is good but too high priced. They have a lot of mods but it doesnt matter when half of them are garbage. They customer service was poor. I wont be going back and unfortunately its the closest to my house.

They have a lot of cool items. Very over priced. I walked in there wanting to get a vape, I walked out without one. The guys in there just stare at you and dont say anything. They just sit there on their phones. Not very good salesman. They could of made a sale but they literally did not care.

Everyone at smokeovapor Plainfield is extremely friendly and very helpful with helping you find what youre looking for, whether its liquid or mods. Huge selection of liquid, havent been to another shop that has more than they do. When you go in look for Ali! Hes the best :)
