While the reviews for the piercing artist seem to be good, the tattoo artist there, Brian, and the service from the staff would be rated less than zero. I made an appointment for 2 people to get a tattoo together, at the same time. It was stressed by Alex that they needed to come in to have a consultation with the artists who would be drawing them. Alex said that one artist could do both people and I explained that they wanted them done at the same time. He suggested sending a picture, and I said sure, I could even text one. He replied that I could not really text to a landline in a condescending way. I should have known then!! We drove an hour on a Sunday for a 5pm appointment to meet Brian who informed us that we only had an appointment with him, and we did not need to see two different artists, he could make the sketch for both. This was the opposite of what Alex explained, and from my experience getting a tattoo, you want the artist drawing it to be the person giving you the tattoo. When I explained to Brian a couple of times the contradictions between Alexs statements and his, he just kept repeating himself that he could do both. I told him we sent a picture also per Alexs instructions, and he looked up the picture, for the first time, at that moment. He stated that he could draw the picture for both because it looks basic. OF COURSE it was a basic drawing because a non artist drew it! Brian then asked if we wanted the consult. Why would we trust anyone there after the condescending and unprofessional attitudes. We left and are only regret is wasting the time. We will go to Revolution tattoo, always treated well there and with respect! As if they were trying to actually provide us with cool and good service!

This place is a joke. The receptionist was rude and could care less about who walked in. After driving 45 minutes they tell us that just the jewelry was going to be in the 35+ range.. Not to mention a $35 fee for just the tools. Went to Chi Town in Aurora instead and got good service with good prices. Thanks Thin Line.

Daughter got her ears pierced here. Clean and professional all around! Kenny was outstanding! Explained the whole process from the piercing to aftercare and was patient with my daughter(she hates needles). He even customized her new earings to something she really wanted! Great place all around, recommend highly!

I get all of my work done here by the manager Matt. The color is exceptional and I get a lot of compliments on them, especially on my chest piece. They are pretty good on pricing as well and everything is extremely clean. Its got more of an upscale feel inside whoever decorated knew what they were doing.

Had a mix up with scheduling/communication on the their end that was frustrating at first, but they made up for it and were very apologetic which was awesome. My husband and I got a couples tattoo by Dan, and he did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them!

I love this place. Everyone treats you like friends or family and the make sure everything is perfect for you when you come in. Always nice and clean and take a the care of you while your then. I really wouldnt choose a different place.

I love my tattoo by Bill Sorensen. He did an outstanding job! Just a comment about the few bad reviews I saw here. These people seem like habitual complainers. Im sure they even complain about McDonalds and WalMart after a visit.

I got words in the shape of a heart. Alex designed it and tattooed it, and it looks wonderful. My friend got a bird done by Alex, as well. They look very nice, were quick and professional, and surprisingly pretty cheap!
