From a person that normally doesnt writes reviews, avoid this place like the plague. I walked in with my wife to purchase blinds for our new house. We waited patiently for 15 minutes and thats perfectly fine since it was a Saturday. When one of the sales clerks became available she completely ignored us and walked to another customer who just arrived. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she didnt see us, I walked over and politely pointed out that we were there first, at that point, instead of excusing herself and help us she awkwardly argued that the other customer already had a quote ready and it wouldnt take long and went on ignoring me. Needless to say the other customer took way longer than a minute, after waiting for another 10 minutes we left the store and we went to buy our blinds somewhere else. I cant begin to describe how embarrassing and violated me and my wife felt. This store doesnt deserve a dime of your hard earned money, there are plenty of other stores that are licensed HunterDouglas retailers, go there instead.

I think the people in this store are extremely rude and unhelpful. They always seem bothered when you ask them questions and are extremely condescending. I have gone multiple times, but decided to leave recently when one of the workers rolled his eyes at me when I asked him a question about how much paint I would need. I went to AC Moore instead and the customer service was EXCELLENT. I will never go to J.C. Licht again.

Rude staff, as you can see from the several other reviews. They broadcast their frustrations with their jobs, ignore you as you wait (even to pick up paid merchandise-- I just love that). Id love to keep my money with local merchants, but this makes me want to go elsewhere... Its not like it is hard to find good paint.

None of the colors that we picked matched the samples (3). No explainations were given and when asked to replace the defective product they were less than pleasant. Having the worng colors cost me two full days of painting labor. Totally unacceptable.

Just stopped for some paint with my daughter. We had a wonderful experience, and Lou was very helpful. I am painting all of my interior rooms and plan on using J.C. Licht for all my future purchases.

All the people who work there are always helpful. As a painting contractor my colors are always tinted right and ready when I come to pick them up! The manager Lou runs a great store.
