The only reason I am going to give this location one star is because they carry really cute things. My last two experiences here have been so awful that I will drive to the Evanston location or just try to find things on-line at a different company. My first awful experience was in Aug/10 when I went to get some paper for invites I was making for my boyfriends birthday, I walked in and the older woman then started following me around and asking me all sorts of question like why are you looking at that can I help you she would not leave me alone. She followed me everywhere even when I was looking at the gifts in the front I am pretty sure she thought I was a shoplifter or something because she was always a foot or so behind me it made me really uncomfortable that I just put everything back and left hoping to return another day and hoping it was just one bad experience. Well on Sunday 10/24 I called to check the hours the girl on the phone was super rude shouted 6pm at me and then just hung up. I got out of work at 4PM and raced over there I got there around 4:50 and as soon as I walk in the door some girl grabbed me and said oh we are having a party and we are closed. I said well I just called and someone told me 6 she said no its 5 and we are having a party. Well I tell her its 10 min till 5 and I really just need to pick up 3 things and thats it. She says fine, I grab my things pay and she just locked the door behind me. It was just surreal and the rudest shopping experience ever.
