I had nothing to do on my day off and I walked in to schedule a routine eye exam. THey had an opening at that time and could see me immediately. I was pleased. The lady did an eye exam and then took me to another room to look at my retina. She then told me to wait in the lobby which I thought was weird. I was called back into the first room I went into and a gentleman did an eye exam and then took me to another room to look at my retina. I then asked why I had two people looking at my eye and he said he was the doctor and she was an intern and he was double checking my work...It would have been nice to have been told that, then I would have been more understanding and less confused. Other than that both doctors were nice. The facility was very clean. I was looking at the glasses and trying them on and they dont really have common name brand glasses you normally see. The ones they have are pretty pricey and I did not end up getting a pair because there were very few in my price range.

They were able to see me same day! My exam was done by Dr. Fatima. She was amazing. She is a super sweet lady who made me feel very comfortable by explaining every step of what she was doing. The place is super clean and modern. I had a very good vibe by the place and Dr. Fatima overall helped me more than your typical eye doctor. I get nervous in doctors offices but I wasnt nervous here at all. The people at the counter were also very helpful in explaining prices and order status. Probably the best experience at an eye doctor I ever had.

The entire office, and specifically Dr. Ciszek, have been thoroughly professional and customer-friendly during the past 10 years that Ive given them my business. Any concerns have been promptly addressed and corrected quickly, and their communication has been clear and timely. I definitely recommend Visionary for your eye care needs.

Great Experience every time I go. I believe in Quality over Quanity. Great Customer Service. Awesome doctor. And if they dont have something in stock they can sometimes order it for you. Love the ease of appointments. They can always fit me in and also has Saturday appointments.
