I would give this store a no star if available. Educate yourself as a consumer. If you dont third party retailers such as this store will take advantage of you. Heres my list of must knows (I gathered from my disaster of an experience with this store). 1. If a sales person is unsure about basic pricing structures, billing procedures, etc. ask for a manager if he/she is also uninformed walk out. Such tactics could be attributed to poor staff training or an intential ignorance strategy designed to distract and cost you. 2. Third party retailers are not a corporate store. They will often send you to a corporate store or customer service number to resolve any issues. Therefore, they have no real remedying power but can take your money. Because this store is not corporate it adds costs to make a buck. For example, this store will charge you an in store setup cost at the point of purchase of a new phone and plan but staff will convienently forget to mention that Verizon will charge you an activation fee on your first bill. Hence you are being double billed for activation. After speaking with Verizon Corp. I confirmed not all third party retailers do this. So be sure to ask! 3. Sign nothing before reading all terms and conditions! Ask for all forms in printed form. Note that on a new phone plan with this company you have 60 days to cancel contract but only 14 days to return phone. This means days 15-60 if you want to cancel agreement without early termination fee you can but will be required to purchase phone in full. This is a trap dont fall for it. Read everything before you sign it! Phone returns= restocking fee (call Verizon Corp. Customer service line and let them know you were sold the phone and plan under false pretenses (only if such claim is true) and ask for a waiver of restocking fee to be added in the notes) 4. Nothing is free! Dont fall for promotional gimmicks without knowing all the details. Ask questions about a "free products" impact on your bill. If you arent given clear numbers and answers walk away. The product will cost you. 5. Hidden costs serve a purpose and royally screws you. Staff, like in this store, who use vague language when answering questions and fluid price qoutes are there to sell you and send you out the door distracted by your new gadget. But when the bill comes youll soon see how the hidden costs not mentioned may very well double your bill. And if your past the 14 day return policy will trap you in a contract you didnt really sign up for. 6. Final thought. Choose a Verizon Corporate store or use a third party retailer with better business practices. Be prepared to ask questions and fight the urge to think of yourself as a nuisance. After all youre the one who has to pay the bill for 24 months. Do not go to this store without reading this review in its entirety. Its clear that staff training, product knowledge, and customer service skills are subpar and business practices are questionable. Educate yourself consumers! We have the power.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Chris at this Verizon store. I was recently married and needed to switch my phone from my family’s AT&T plan to my husband’s Verizon plan. AT&T locked my phone and made this process a nightmare for me. Chris, however, made the process as painless as possible, and I could tell he was truly dedicated to giving me the best service he could, which I rarely find in the service world. Some awesome things he did: 1. Tried to unlock my phone well past the point where he could have said, “Sorry, don’t know what to do, talk to AT&T and come back later.” 2. Let me borrow one of his personal backup phones as a loaner when we couldn’t get my phone unlocked. 3. Stayed at the store to help me for almost TWO HOURS past the time he clocked out. 4. Went to another Verizon store to get another SIM card for my phone (after he was clocked out). 5. Was friendly, pleasant, and just fun to hang out with even in the midst of so much stress. If you want an amazing customer experience, go see Verizon Chris! All around amazing guy.

Absolutely awful. The manager informed me that he was giving me a discount on my phone and was including a case and screen protector "included" in the price he quoted me. I asked multiple times if this was the only amount I would have to pay for my phone and was told yes because I went in to upgrade. I later find out on my bill that I only paid for the taxes on the new phone, the case and screen protector. Now I have to pay a monthly fee until I own my phone. I was lied to and cheated out of hundreds of dollars. Never ever will go back.

This is not a real Verizon store and they make it extremely difficult to unpack the damage they do when they sign up for a plan. I left with an extra line that is under a two year contract without any knowledge. I was then reassured by store staff that I would not be charged for the Jetpack line and yet it continues to cost me money each month. Verizon Corporate has been great, but this store really screwed me.

As an authorized retailer, this location doesnt provide the expertise youll find at a real Verizon store. I purchased a phone from this location several months ago and Ive had problems with my account and billing ever since. If you have a single-person plan and youre doing a simple upgrade, this place is probably fine, but if you have anything more complex, go to a real Verizon store.
