Today I visited this store with my 3 young kids. Looking for some youth cleats. I was greeted right as I walked thru the doors by a very polite worker named Rob. He directed me right where I needed to look. He looked for sizes at other stores. Offered to put some of my selections at the front counter for time of purchase. With 3 busy kids, this trip was a breeze thanks to the outstanding customer service provided. Brittany who rang us up was also very welcoming. Got us rang up and out the door with what we needed in a timely manner. With customer service like this Im willing to pay full prices. I hope management rewards such great service!!

This Nampa store has the best selection of knives. I like to collect and buy some for gifts. Their weekly ad always has a couple of great brand name knives for 50% or more off. For example I picked up a Kershaw Cyrpton for $20. Beautiful blade and weight balance, with the assist to open feature. They have CRKT too, which is most likely my favorite brand.

Everything I buy at Big 5 is junk I purchased a cot it ripped, I purchased a tent it was quick pop up tent used 3 times it broke cant get parts to fix customize service is horrible cant even get help there . I went in asking on my tent that broke gentleman there never even offered to help said warranty up

Horrible customer service!!! Purchased some baseball equipment, which turned out to be defective. Tried to take it back to the store the very same day and they refused to help even though they admitted it wasnt right. We used it one time!

Had what I needed, for a excellent price. POS and floor staff were very helpful and courteous. My only complaint is the entrance is only from the outside... so dont enter the mall to get to the store
