Being from the Northeast, I have been unsuccessful in the hunt to find a place that makes donuts similar to Dunkin Donuts. Until now. Gurus donuts are more gourmet, theyre not something you can gluttonously consume until you cant see your feet. Krispy Kreme is too light, I could eat a hundred before I start to get full. Country Donuts, however... thats where its at. My favorite is the classic maple bar. Thats what I started with on my first trip here, along with a regular chocolate donut. I wanted to case the joint before I started to dig in to what it had to offer. I was not disappointed, I was met with the nostalgic consistency and flavors that brought me back home to Rhode Island. Now the donuts arent exactly similar, but compared to the other establishments Ive listed, this is the closest it gets to home. Country Donuts, thank you for staving off my homesickness for donuts. The missing star is just for cleanliness, it does seem to be an issue if you look around the building. The floors are dusty and the baseboards are starting to yellow. It doesnt affect the freshness of the donuts though!

Incredible donuts..... horrible service. Absolutely the best donuts in town when it comes to flavor and dough. Guru and their vegan crap doesnt even come close to this place. They are a great price and taste absolutely amazing. The problem is the service. I have yet to have a friendly person serve me. They always seem super unhappy to be there and like the customers are a huge inconvenience. I was also looking for a particular donut they normally carry, they had some on the rack behind the counter, and the girl working said she could only sell the ones in the window. Thats fine.... but you probably shouldnt display the donuts on a rack in plain sight if you dont want to sell them. I would have spent A LOT more money if she was willing to sell "tomorrows" donuts.

Okay who ever is making the donuts there has a real flare for pastry. There is some serious technique and ability that needs to be addressed here. I am a donut connoisseur whos traveled to many countries eating donuts and these really surprised me. Not much going on in terms of flavors, and creations, nor decor at all, but the basics are so solid that this place deserves 5 stars. Well done!

Yummy! Just picked this donut shop from the reviews on here and they were right. These donuts are YUMMY! Its definitely worth the drive. We bought a dozen assorted donuts and the dough and glaze are just perfect! Definitely recommend you try it, if you are a donut lover. Also, the staff seem nice in my opinion. ☺

Been going here for two years and have never been disappointed. For some reason, I wanted to try something different and went to Guru Donuts... so sorry I did. My whole family never let me live that one down. The taste, prices, selection and service here are unmatched. I will never go astray again.

-1 star for lack of cleanliness and over all look of the building. My water had floating coffee grounds in it and the floor is filthy. -1 star for unfriendly staff with poor customer service. -1 star for taste. The doughnuts arent terrible by theyre pretty greasy and Ive had better.

Great selection. Close to Fred Meyer and Albertson. Good variety of sweet and plain donuts, I love old fashioned donuts - maybe not entirely fresh - this time around - was there on new years eve - so possible they were a day old. The buttermilk glazed was excellent!

Price is a bit spendy, but the donuts are definitely worth it! Not those glazed dinner rolls you find at Walmart or Albertsons, these are the real deal folks! Its been hard to find a good donut place around here since I moved from California, but these are excellent.

Best donuts in Treasure Valley. Tons of variety in size and flavor and texture. They also serve Tea, Coffee and soda. If you decide you are not craving donuts for the day they also serve a Middle Eastern/Egyptian cuisine that is terrific also.

Really good donuts, very friendly and a good variety. My son was sad they didnt have a bronco donut though. He seemed appeased with the butterscotch eclair with chocolate chips. It was amazing.
