Absolutely wonderful!! Thisnsounds b strange for a simple grocery store experience, but in all my years of shopping I have never recieved such service. I was trying out a new recipe and had NO IDEA WHAT some of the ingredients on my shopping list looked like in person. As I was searching through the shelves, an employee ran by in an urgent hurry. It was clear that she was busy, so I didnt want to bother her. Luckily she noticed my confusion and doubled back IMMEDIATELY. I mean IMMEDIATELY! Turns out she was the store manager (Dorthy) and she was busy, but she noticed I needed help and made my service a priority. I showed her my shopping list and (Dorthy -the manager) stood with me and went through each individual item to locate what Isle the were in. There were even a few that shed never heard of, at which time she went the extra mile and googled; YES, GOOGLED!! She google imaged all the unfamiliar items and did a scan through the store to see if they carried that particular product. As if (DORTHY- THE MANAGER) hadnt already helped given me above and beyond service already. She then extensed heraelf even further by escorted me through the store to assure that I was able to locate EVERY ITEM that I needed help with. Im a recently divorced mother of fraternal twins and my children were growing restless from the moment they discovered I didnt know what I was looking for. My confusion was high and so was my frustration, but (DORTHY THE manager) was professional, personable and most importantly, PATIENT. She stood with me every step of the way and was there until the very end. I honestly have NEVER recieved such service before, NEVER. To be completely honest I typically dabble back and forth between both Publix and Kroger. KROGER has better deals, but Publix has better service. Now I can say, that after yesterdays experience, 100% because of Ms. (DORTHY -THE MANAGER) I will no longer be "a dabbler" between Publix and Kroger... If (Dorthy - the manager ) as a manager, is the representation of the values Publix carries as a business, if (DORTHY- THE MANAGER) is in anyway a reflection of the type of people the look to employ at Publix, if (DORTHY- THE MANAGER) is the face of how Publix values their customers... I can guarantee I am now a loyal customer of PUBLIX! WELL DONE!

The best grade I give them is that their store is clean, and overall their staff is pretty friendly if you ask for help. But there are two habitual problems this store has that Ive encountered numerous times: First, in the dairy department its not uncommon to find items that are out of date (milk, yogurt, sour cream, etc). Had this happen many times - and in one extreme case found 6 half gallons of chocolate milk that were all TWO WEEKS out of date (!). I report it. Gets fixed for a while, but lapses back it seems. And second... I really get tired of the chit-chat between the cashiers and baggers where they have to discuss very personal things like the party they went to and who was drunk... who is a jerk at work... how mad they are at their managers.... etc. Im buying groceries... I dont need to hear this, please! Again - clean store.. but check your dates and have earplugs ready in the checkout lines!

WATCH THE EXPIRE DATES: The location is good at this store, and the store is clean. Publix in general isnt known for having the best pricing so this store is no different than any other in that regard. But if you are in the milk/dairy department, make note to check the expiration dates on the items! Over the last year, Ive found expired items constantly in this particular store. Cheese, milk, breads, etc. The most recent was when I went to buy some name brand chocolate milk... they had 8 half gallons of it in the cooler area and of those 7 of those were completely expired.... two by over 30 days, and one by nearly 60 days (!!). Theres obviously a stocking issue at this store since this has happened multiple times over a period of time, so if you buy here, make SURE and check the expire dates on anything you buy.

My father-in-law passed away and we had ordered some sandwich trays from Publix and some from Walmart. We were having car issues and were unable to pick up the trade on ourselves, but needed to pay for them over the phone and have a friend. Pick them up for us. While Walmart really could care less that we were going through so emotional things, they were completely unwilling to help us out. Publix, was amazing. Sandra is a wonderful customer service representative. 6 stars for going above and beyond, I shouldve known better than to shop at Walmart, because come on really. Publix is awesome everything will time I go there, it is worth every penny. Our memorial service

Ill have to agree with the older comment about expired dairy items. I find them too, even now. Theyll get good at checking them for a while then slack off so check them. Store is kept clean but higher priced than other options. Only that one buggy return in the parking lot makes it very inconvenient to have a place to return your buggy to!

Have shopped there since they opened. The main Problem I have is EveryTime I go they are of 1 to items i Buy almost every trip. I let a manager Know, they promise to restock or corporate discontinued or the vender Did not restock the item. Other times Nothing happens. This seems to just Get worse.

Tried 3 days in a row to get chicken and sides from the deli and by 7 p.m. all of the sides look like theyve been sitting there for hours , I was told they wouldnt cook me any more food, and they were still open for 3 more hours. If you dont want my business Ill take it somewhere else

Publix is a very good supper market to shop.All workers work as a team , manager can offer to help you at any given time in the store all the way to your car. Good deals and very clean environment, makes you shop with peace of mind Publix is my best store to shop.

Loved my experience at this publix. Being a new expecting mom with low income was very surprised of how supportive and VERY helpful they were with my WIC. GREAT experience will be going back. Up the road too from my house!

Employees are always willing to help me find something by taking me to the item instead of saying "Aisle ___ ". Store is always neat, clean, and well stocked. Aisles are spacious and uncluttered. Love this store!

Buy one get one free sales are great, regular prices a little high, people are always very sweet. Pharmacy has some free prescriptions for select diabetes & cholesterol medications as well as antibiotics.

I enjoy shopping with Publix because youre clean their knowledgeable everyone in there is excellent everyone has a wonderful personality so I had a very good experience this time in the last time too
