I had a tonsillectomy last year and my doctor wrote the pain medication rx for the wrong strength. The liquid medicine didnt come in that strength. I went to CVS, Walgreens, Walmart pharmacies and all the pharmacists told us they didnt have that medication in stock. CVS went as far as to say they could have it by next week. When we went to Kroger the pharmacist was kind and explained the issue with the prescription instead of just telling us they didnt have it. She spoke to my doctor on the phone and they came up with a reasonable alternative and gave me some medicine that day. A tonsillectomy as an adult is incredibly painful and I didnt appreciate the other pharmacists in town sending me down the road when I had just left surgery. I immediately switched all my prescriptions to Kroger and I wont go anywhere else in Loganville. I just realized I posted this with my work email, but Im just going to leave it!!

It does not matter what medication I have to get filled. There is ALWAYS an issue. There has never been a time I have come and gotten a prescription that was actually ready when said it is ready. I am told every time to come back in an hour or 2 hours and when I come back, it is never filled and I am always waiting there another 20-30 min waiting again.. even if I have received the text that my prescription is ready for pick up. It never is!!! I understand that it gets busy so there are times you have to wait and come back but if you say it will be ready, then it needs to be ready!! I come to Kroger because it is usually cheaper than the other pharmacies, but I am so sick of kroger not having it together. So I from now on will pay the extra $20-$30 to know I can be in and out when I am told.
