Horrible experience. Normally Bruce is there and he is an awesome manager. I went there today looking for a bottle of Stoli. The manager on duty told me that they are out of that. I asked him Kettle One, he said "Im out of that too" I asked is this store shutting down?? There is not a lot of inventory. The manager smiles at me and says " We have bad management here" He turns to the girls at the checkout lane and they laugh!? I have been a long time customer and I will never shop at this store again. It was a joke to them. There is another store a mile down the road with way better customer service and lower prices.

This was our go-to place to get wine or spirits as it is convenient. After purchasing the same product for months from this location, we were told today that they have "never carried it". Thats interesting since I have receipts from their location with the product listed. The clerk was rude and unhelpful, and we will be taking our business elsewhere. With this type of service, it is amazing that this store is still open.

I will drive right past this store to shop elsewhere. Absolutely the rudest people ever. The guy working at the counter wasnt even the one waiting on me pointed at the sign telling me to get off my phone because I told the person I was on the phone with to hold on so I could checkout. What an assist. Lost my business forever pretty sure the puss face wouldnt have said that to a man.

Depending on which clerk is there will depend on your experience. . Some are pleasant and some are damn rude. There are other package stores with better prices and service. I try MY BEST not to go there.

Bad customer service. The person in charge didnt want to sell us keg beer because it was too late to order, when 3 weeks ago he told us to come back on Tuesday of the week we need it.

Store carries some beer that is not carried in other stores around. The area is a little sketchy. Store is not the cleanest. Clerks were not of the caring type.
