My last visit i had a really bad experience because of some bitchy blond girl with dreads but i thought id give it another shot it was by far the best experience ive had. A guy names Jerome helped me go through all the racks to find the shoe i needed. Im picky and my wife is pickier and it was such a pleasant experience he was very knowledgeable and i will definitely be back to have him help on my next pair of shoes!

My entire family went into the store around 830pm (around closing time). Great experience. Great selection. And they didnt rush us even though they were officially closed. The manager, Morgan, and sales associate, Avery, answered EVERYYYYY question I had, without an attitude. Most stores would have been huffing and puffing trying to get us out...with an attitude. Lol.

I went to Nike Factory Store in Sugarloaf Mills. Great experience, customer service by Jerome was exceptional. He is very knowledgeable about shoe industry and asked few questions about my life style and recommend right shoes. I was just visiting but after this I left with one pair of Nike shoe. He went above and beyond to make my experience great.

Good deals can be found here and the customer service has always been really decent for me on my visits. Filling out the online survey on receipts gets you a $5 gift card you can use on future visits. I believe the sales change every Thursday if you want to keep track of how long deals run.

My favorite store in the entire shopping mall. Great deals and sales! After making a purchase, I usually stop by the other shoe stores to see if theres a cheaper price on the item Ive purchased. Ive only found a less item in another store within the mall once.

I like it, the people there are nice, but not the best kind of nice. Everything is acceptable for being a popular brand and the shoes are good quality. This place is good and looking forward to coming here again.

Can never leave this place without at least 2 ...okay, I was being modest, more like 4 pairs of shoes. Love the 45-60$ price point! Being the sneaker feign that I am, this place is like home!
