I have always chosen to shop here rather than give more money to the university bookstore. Not anymore. PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE! I just received the worst customer service. I purchased my case studies back at Christmas while I was up in Kennesaw. I just found out other students purchased the same package for $50 LESS. They refused to refund the difference. They state prices are subject to change at any time. Were talking not even a months difference for the same semester! Kelly was very rude. Im glad I only have one semester left. They will not be getting my business.

Not only are they very difficult and rope off each section so that it is very difficult to tell if you have the right book or not. I rented the book, and when it was due back they closed 15 minutes early. So I was then charged for the full price of the book and STILL had to return the book. In other words, I was charged for renting the book, full price of the book, and still had to return the book I technically "bought". On top of that, when I told them the store closed early and that I was there...they said there was nothing they could do. Horrible.

I was going to miss returning a rented book at the end of the semester because we were out of town for my wifes graduation. The manager allowed me to come in the next morning first thing and I avoided any late penalties due to my circumstance. I had another problem when I sold the wrong book back to them, they were very understanding and helped me rectify the situation and had a very fast turn around fixing the issue. Great service Leslie, thanks for all the help!

Its probably a better idea just to go to the KSU bookstore. You wont save that much here, and some of the staff is incredibly rude. Once an employee snapped at me over the phone just for calling five minutes after theyd closed, and wouldnt even answer my simple question. Im not sure why she even answered if it was that big of a deal. Anyway, I certainly wont bother with the place anymore.

Its nice to have options, but KSU bookstore was easier to work with, more informed (last minute updates and what not), and had a better selection. I personally did not find General that much cheaper. I did get a shirt thar said, "cheap, used, and available" though. ;)

They are efficient and tell you exactly what you need to know. They are better at getting people in and out then the ksu campus bookstore is. The general bookstore is usually cheaper than ksu as well.

This place can still be pricey but its still cheaper than buying your books from KSU. Good place to go when you need books fast or just a book or two. Great staff friendly and very helpful!

I had a pretty great experience, I suppose they get in and out customers but all in all, the prices were way better and its well organized in comparison to the campus store.

Theyre not bad if you absolutely need a bookstore. Dont sell you books back to them unless you want less than 10% of what you paid for them.

Take pictures of the books you are renting! They will try to charge you for a book that had been previously damaged.

Unfriendly staff and not much cheaper than KSU. MAYBE you can find something $5 bucks cheaper.
