My husband bought a pair of shoes for $117. After he got them home and walked in them around the house, they slipped on his heel and were not what he wanted. We immediately got back in the car and took the shoes back to Shoe Show in Ellijay Georgia. He bought another pair of shoes that were less expensive. They credited our account for the difference supposidly for a difference of $64.20. We still have not gotten a credit on our account and it has been 6 days. We stopped in the store to talk to them about it and they said we had to wait another 7 days to see if the credit showed up. They instantly took the money out of the account when we purchased the shoes...but still have not put the money back into the account. The clerk said she couldnt do anything about it. We will never shop again at Shoe Show!!!!! Havent they ever heard of cash refund? They must really be hard up for money!!!! Upset customer!!!

Newly remodeled, so its offering a bigger space with much more inventory. Very clean and organized. Staff always polite, courteous and eager to assist customers. Regular prices are certainly reasonable and sale prices are excellent! Nice variety of name brands.
