I purchased an entry door unit from them, paid $300 to have it professionally painted before being installed (total for project about $1800). They called to let me know the door unit was ready and we could come see it. When my wife got there, there were scratches all over the door and the side lights were buried behind other ones stacked against a wall so she couldnt see them. My wife told them the scratches were unacceptable and their response was, "we are a liquidation center" when she asked why it wasnt wrapped to be protected. The painter had to come to the house and spend 3 1/2 hours repainting the entire door to make it look good. The installer was great but did put a few dents in the exterior trim that was removed and reinstalled, their response was that happens all the time and they really dont care about taking care of someone elses property. I will certainly not buy from them again and will tell everyone I know not to either. Its a shame because its a beautiful door unit and the price was right, but customer service means a lot to me and they have zero.

I had recently been looking everywhere for a door and i finally found these guys at HLC... HONESTLY, the BEST PRICES, QUALITY, and SERVICE!!! They were wonderful helping me find a Perfect door for my home. I cannot keep count of all the compliments Ive gotten from friends and family.. Even my neighbors!! I am just extremely pleased since they did everything to work to my schedule and my budget! What else could i ask for? Plus, their painter did such a great job on the color i chose. Thanks so much HLC crew!!!

Prices are just as high as buying new products. Kinda junkie store. Feels lije theres No one to assist you. Horrible parking.

No follow up, we had to harass them about when the door would be measured and installed. Yet we had to pay upfront.
