My experience with this "business" and its staff doesnt deserve 1 star. I went in with my 2 daughters for myself and them. Start out by saying that Mo did a good job on the tat he put on my daughter. I was asked to schedule appt with mo and I did. It was this past Saturday. I received a call from the young lady asking and confirming appt. I did say I was coming on time and did. Only then to find out that Mo doesnt come in until 2 and no one had his number which was odd. Nonetheless, I waited until 2 and called Mo at the shop. He suggested we never had an appt because that same young lady never asked for deposit and that he was booked up. Not once thru the entire one week span had anyone called to tell me they needed deposit. And to the very last moment inviting n confirming my appt for 1130. Mo was less than cordial and certainly not professional in the conversation to try to find a better solution other than to tell me " if someone cancels" he can call. No one was held accountable on their staff and either the girl is poorly trained or not trained at all to understand any sort of business protocol there... And additionally when that same young lady pierced my daughters noses she nearly "forgot" to clean my daughters nose to reduce chances of infection where she needed to be reminded as she was about to puncture the area. Seemed like was her first time and with no supervision. She then at the end gave the tutorial on how to care for this and asked us to be sure to purchase the wound wash piercing aftercare. She said we can buy with them for $10. She, without prompting said its 2-3$ MORE at drug store. That surprised me but she seemed convincing in a feel sorry for her that shes not the sharpest knife in the drawer way. As it turned out, and with no surprise they ran out of their supply. As it turned out we bought at CVS for $4. So, between her making sure the rules of not getting her face in a vid or picture she simply is my opinion a very good liar. Just ugly in the manner she does it honestly. Dumb with most of her antics behind the register but smart enough to be deceptive. That sums up my experience and afterthoughts of the staff n business. Mostly all rude n lack any business sense. I would suggest Hellcats. Nice people starting at the very counter, and great work.

I went to Ink Link to get my Daith and forward helix pierced by Eddy. He did not check my anatomy or placement of the piercings (he placed my forward helix directly in front of my rook). He also used incorrect jewelry on me. He used a curved barbell in my forward helix and a ring that was half the diameter that it should have been in my Daith. When I went back with large bumps and yellow pus they said it was normal and to put tee tree oil on it. I ignored them and went to the doctor. I had gotten MRSA. And they said it was normal. All I have to say is DO NOT go here for piercings. The place does not look sterile. They also did not use iodine to clean sterilize my skin which was unusual. I highly doubt that these people actually know how to pierce properly.

Ive never seen a tattoo shop quite as unique as this one. The bar, pool tables, jukebox and overall atmosphere made it a great place to relax. I went in to re-pierce my stomach and the young lady who did my piercing was very nice, she sterilized everything (Something I pay close attention to) and she made me feel comfortable. She was an apprentice so Eddie(I think) was present in the room but he payed no attention and he portrayed a very nonchalant attitude. The entire time he was on his phone which I wish I couldve asked him to leave. Anyways my piercing looks great and its healing perfectly. I highly recommend this place for anyone even if youre not getting a tattoo or piercing. Its a great little hangout spot.

Hey Folks ! I just went to Ink Link yesterday for my first Tattoo ! Im the type of consumer who frequently gets buyers remorse, but my Tattoo experience at Ink Link yesterday was AMAZING !! I showed up as a walk-in, and my Tattoo Artist ,Carlos, was THE MAN ! Im so pleased with my new ink! Carlos was very gentle and professional. He answered all my questions before starting. It was the type of interaction that left me wanting more ink !! HaHa, My friend and I had a buncha laughs and left feeling Giddy! Money well spent !! Ask 4 my Boi Carlos! No Buyers Remorse :-D -Good Vibes Yall

This was honestly one of the best experiences Ive had by far. very professional environment and everyone was extremely friendly. I got two piercings in one day because i couldnt resist once i got my tongue done i stayed for a nose piercing as wwll. i cant wait to go back for a tattoo next! I finally found a tattoo and piercing place and ill most likely be taking any of my friends here and i can highly recommend it. The nose peircing went just as great as the tounge

I love the atmosphere of the shop. Its big and open and most importantly, clean! The staff is very helpful, as well as friendly and personable. Have not had a bad experience yet and Ive been tattooed and pierced here. Piercer could probably be a little more personable but he does great work. My artist Shea is great at what he does and so are the others! Full of talented people for sure. Also I heard they recently started doing permanent makeup

I went to get a couple of piercings with the piecer "Eddy", he was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I personally think you should replace him with a different piercer. I have a couple of friends that have problems with him. He also made some of your consumers leave, Including me. I love this place and been going here for years. After looking at their website, I came by the shop to get a consultation for a half sleeve. I could not be happier! Shea is an AMAZING artist who took his time to draw me exactly what I wanted. Very clean, professional service. The shop is completely upgraded and also has a bar and pool tables on the other half of the building. I will never go to another tattoo shop in Palm Beach, Shea at Ink Link is by far the best!!!

The staff is very professional and friendly, clean shop relaxed atmosphere. Ive had 3 tatts and a couple piercings done here. Ive never had a bad experience in the shop but I started getting a keloid after one of my piercings (never had that before) I called and whoever I spoke to was very professional and helpful.I would definitely recommend going there. Ill be there tomorrow, which is why I am on their website now.

Welp I tell you this much Im sure this business hasnt changed very much over the years just know in my prior experiences getting tattooed at this company my tattoo artist dozed off on heroin I believe. I laugh everytime I pass by this place now theyre serving beer so they can get there customers drunk before they get tattooed by heroin junkies good luck guys
