This is a nice Publix its clean, and the regular floor staff is friendly. The exception is the Deli. I have been several times for sandwiches, fresh cut meats and their Ala carte. EVERY time I have been its maddening. You will wait for someone to help you if they even acknowledge your standing there. One visit the lady thought it was funny we were upset for waiting nearly 10 minutes for sandwiches and then deliberately took her time. The sandwich counter wasnt stocked so she had to cut the meat for each sandwich individually there were six people waiting behind us and she kept stopping to talk to her co workers, as if she couldnt cut the meat and socialize at the same time. If you order from thier Ala cart you can count on waiting as well. I have seen people just give up and walk away more than once.The department manager really needs to be on the floor with these associates during peak times to ensure they are providing timely and respectful service.

Customer service is excellent. Not only are they willing to assist you, but are friendly as they do it. I emailed them several months ago asking for cart returns in the parking lot, and I got a prompt reply saying it was part of their upcoming renovations (and it was). The store looks much better inside since their recent renovations, but they still dont have as wide of a selection as the Viera Publix (probably due to a smaller building); however, its still great for weekly shopping trips!

Twice I did the online ordering. First, I had olives on my sub, which I double checked to make sure I didnt accidentally select it (Im not going to make a big deal, I picked them off) and the second time, they never made my sub. Either I just have bad luck or they need to work on the online ordering. I never have this problem at the publix on stadium parkway

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This is the worst Publix I have ever been in and I have been in a lot of them. The Deli refuses to answer the phone (or picks it up and hangs up on you), they are consistently out of things and the staff is just rude. Their motto should be "where shopping is a nightmare"!

My elderly mother and I shopped here last week. I was surprised at how helpful EVERY ONE was. Especially the store personal. I am new to the area and this store has won my business. Oh, there was a line at the deli.... ya just have to WAIT YOUR TURN!!!

Im always buying low fat/high protein things at this store, and often the checkers make comments about it. Sometimes they just plain make fun of me. I mostly shop at Walmart instead, where everyone is kind and respectful.

Out of turnip green and mustard greens, I didnt see anything I come for so I had to find it else where, I so I had to find it else where, I didnt see McCormick spaghetti season mix
