Lousy service - my daughter went there to buy a wig (she is loosing her hair because of cancer) - the girl who was serving us was rude and impatient - we were not allowed to try more than 5 wigs, and the manager came to tell the girl that she has to go to another department for service - of course, we left the store very unhappy - we went to Beauty Land where we bought a beautiful wig for 60 US$, and we got a great service, the girl there helped us beautifully - LOUSY AND RUDE SERVICE AT ELEGANT BEAUTY SUPPLY - nothing really Elegant - DO NOT GO THERE !

Very horrible store. Tall dark haired guy Im guessing the manger kept staring at me and giving me weird looks. Secondly, he ran me literal ran me out of the store because it was a minute before closing time. BEWARE HE WORKS AT BOTH LOCATIONS! ELEGANT BEAUTY NEARTHE OLD WALMART PLAZA AND TACO BELL! Horrible service, Ive been waiting for 30 minso for someone to help. This girl came after I went to the front and ask for someone a 3rd time. When she arrived she told me the wig station is close. Mind you im on vacation from another state , im here to spend money I wasnt rude i was patiently waiting .This store is the worst pleasee save your time , energy and money

Selling bad relaxers and got mad when i wanted to exchange and pay the higher price. Manager gave me my money back and refused to sell me another product. Horrible customer service. Who knowingly sells bad products to people?

This a well stocked beauty supply store. But be forewarned it is not in the best neighborhood. There are other Elegant Beauty Supply Stores in Coral Springs and Margate that may be a bit better if you concerned about safety.

They have an outdated selection of wigs, a lot of short cut wigs for some reason. The wigs are very expensive and ugly.
