Associate 042397 (caucasian young guy with a beard) tried to help me today, unsuccessfully. I asked for help regarding a product and he just stood there. When I, instead of him, started comparing both products I had in hand, I realized I was having a hard time understanding the ingredients, so I said "this is hard to understand" and he just replies "yes" and just stands there instead of helping. I have had much better experiences in other shops. I will not be coming back to this one.
