I was a little skeptical about buying a used engine for my mothers trucks. I called them and spoke with Jason. He was very helpful from the first phone call. And there was many as I lived more then an hour away. But he told me he stood behind their engines and transmissions so I went ahead and drove down and got one from them. Very easy to deal with them. Well 2 or 3 weeks later when I had a chance to work on her truck I found a problem with the engine. I called them and told them what I had found. All he asked for was a few pictures. Then he called me back went over the options and I took the engine back to him. He sent it out to get repaired and I went back down to get it. I installed the engine and it runs great! I will always be a customer and dont mind the drive as long as they stand behind what they sell. They went out of their way to make things right. Thank you Loetscher Auto Parts.

Sean, I am the counter man at Loetscher Auto Parts. What day did you come in to our yard? The owner generally is not rude and I have never seen him this way ever. I know that it was not me that you are speaking of so it had to have been him. He and I always give customers that find nothing on their excursions in the yard a rain check for another free entry. It would be hand written on the back of our card. If this experience truly happened exactly as you say, please give me a call so I can sort it out. No one should be treated this way. I had to fix the wiper motor in my 95 dodge. They had one on the shelf and I bought it before taking my old part out. Everything looked the same exceptt a small key piece, so I didnt realize the difference until I finally took out my original wiper motor. Fortunately for me, the folks were understanding and even had another wiper motor in stock that was the exact fit. So they allowed me to swap the wiper motor I bought from them with the other one, with no additional charges. Now my wipers work great and saved plenty of money by buying a used part from them :) Thanks for the service! Ill be back for future parts.

We reserved a throttle body for an 04 Mazda 6 S and when my boyfriend went to go pick it up a day later they told us it was already sold. He was told that in order to reserve something you needed to put a down payment on it, which we would have done if someone would have told us when we called. Nothing was ever mentioned about a down payment and we were told the part would be reserved. So we made a wasted trip to Plant City because nobody could properly inform us of the procedure for reserving parts.

Dont waste your time calling for RV parts...RV parts, must not be there desired business, They dont know what they have and are not going to waste any time finding out.I guess the owner could careless if he sells anything. Like most places you call anymore,The employees are not interested and act like answering a question is a integration and that the telephone might burn a hole in there hand if they hold it to long....The one star was because they did answer the phone.:(

Do not preorder parts from them: I preordered a new radiator through the phone, and paid with debit. Then after ordering the part, I discovered that i did not need the new radiator afterall. Afterwards I called them back to cancel my preorder, however they said that I would be charged a restocking fee even though I never physically visited the store or touched the part physically. In the end I paid over 20 dollars for nothing, including a bad customer service experience.

I gave loetscher 5 stars because customer service is excellent I bought the motor for my 1998 Chevy Blazer they have gone and above and beyond what they should have done 4 Me we put the motor in and it had a little issue but at least loetscher auto part has stand behind their motor and send my car to a shop I believe they try to be honest at the best of their abilities and stand behind their products and they try to help you the best way they can

Had some problems with a 4.3 but Jim was nice enough to pay a shop to repair the problem Ive never heard of someone who will go out of there way and pay to fix it. It still has minor problems but Jim has offered to help again. I dont think you could find a guy willing to help as much as he has. Its a great place and Jim is an awesome guy
