My computer needed to be fixed and I went there and they put an AVG(free) bandaid on the problem, which I could have done myself. My computer started doing the same thing within a week of getting it "fixed". I went back to get it fixed again and the store was abandoned. After traveling across town to track down their phone number, I called and they said they had moved 3 doors down from their location, there was no sign up indicating this. I was feeling generous and gave them one more chance and drove back across town to go back to their store. When I got there they claimed to be under new management, which was completely irrelevent to the problem. No one knew whether they could repair my computer, they all had blank faces and just blamed the next person and I finally got so upset, I left. Horrible business men (or women) and they cant even fix computers! Would NOT reccomend to ANYONE!!! They even charged me 40% more than someone who knew how to properly repair my computer!

I just want to say thank you to the people below.I like to use local businesses instead of the big Box Stores. So after reading the below reviews I took my pc to them. I was greated by Bert who was very professional and very nice. My PC had a virus and for the most part I can delete and reinstall the OS systme no problem. Long story short the something went wrong and I couldnt figure it out. They were able to get my PC up and running better than ever. When I picked the PC up I meet two other guys both techs. They were also very nice and professional. Please us this company and help save the MOM and POP stores where you get great customer service. An owner/and staff who will help you one to one. In the end you know they did a great job which by the way was very affordable. Thank you and I hope this review helps you pick the right PC repair company.

I am new to the area and didnt know where to take my computer when it got a virus that I feared had wiped out my entire laptop. I took it to Office Depot to get it diagnosed, and they wanted $125 to remove the virus. I then searched for a local place and a friend recommended this place. I checked out the reviews and went for it - and am totally glad I did. Great price, great service, no nonsense. Listened to what I wanted and spoke to me in a way that I could understand about it all. Did some extra things I was looking for free of charge (hooked up webcam, tested out disk drive and external back up, and installed free version of anti-virus). Will definitely go back.

I really appreciated the high level of friendliness / customer service I received from this business, and highly recommend them to anyone with computer problems. Bert was straight-forward and kept me in the loop with updates, and the service price is very reasonable. They were able to save and transfer all of my data from an essentially dead hard drive, a service for which I am VERY grateful. Great guys!
