Simply put, i called and asked about stock on the currently popular system at the time about and when it might arrive. Instead of being corrected about the many countless reports of the system supposedly arriving on a date (google it); I was instead presented with a rather moody employee who clearly doesnt know how to talk to others on the phone over private email information that me (and clearly countless others) do not have access to. I would not bother calling this store unless youre up for dealing with unprovoked aggression. Side note: This isnt the first time i called and was promptly given an attitude by one of the female staff members over a question. So yes im leaving a harsh review for harsh services. Just because a customer questions you briefly doesnt mean they dont believe you.

I go here because its really close to my house but in my opinion the one over at Park Place is better as well as bigger. There have been a few times Ive gone there looking for something specific and was looked at like I had 2 heads, like they think Ive made up said product. I doubt I will bother going to this one and will just drive the extra mile or so and go to the other one.

They never answer their phones when I call. They never have anything Im looking for, even on popular products that everyone uses. The place is just a mess, Im tired of going here then having to go to the mall one every time. I would probably give 2 or 3 stars if they would at least answer their freaken phones, I would even call on a normal, non busy, day and no answer.

Ordered switch bundle in store. Associate set me up but typed in my address incorrectly. The bright guy not only couldnt hear me say it, but he had my id with my address on it. So not only do i have to wait 2 weeks for it i have to wait another week while ups fixes the address. Not what i want from a new console release

I really like the staff here. I was at the PS4 launch and it wasnt a complete zoo. Sidney has a way with people and knows how to make them not feel like a customer, but a welcomed guest. I will always come to this Location for pre-orders and used games.

This location is small, easy in and out, Game stop usually has better Pre-Order bonuses for games. Purchased used games can be returned within 7 days. Good knowledgeable Staff when I have been in.

They always have what I want, the staff are always friendly and helpful, its a lower profile place so its less busy and its not far away from where I live.
