I recently went to the Publix in Northwood plaza and purchased an item that was a BOGO ($6.95). The cashier who checked me out did not notice it and when I went up the road I visited the Publix at Brooker Creek. I notice that the item I had purchased at Northwood had a sign on the display indicating BOGO. I asked Dani-Lynn if I would have to return to the other store to get the second item. She took my item and rang it up as a BOGO saving me a trip back south. Thank you you Dani-Lynn that is 5 star customer service. Dr. Robert Christ

Best customer service...a happy staff...And it shows! Very clean and organized. It feels good to come in, everyone is so friendly and they truly enjoy each other. It makes shopping a pleasure, even the customers have fun!
