Most horrible experience I have ever had by a retail staff in my 36 year life! My friend (who has been shopping there for 10 years) and I were in the store for two hours shopping. We were excited, having fun, found TONS of cute items. The staff, manager on duty mostly, saw us many times during this time, filling our carts with what must have been hundreds of dollars in merchandise/potential store revenue. She never said a word or gave any warning that the store was about to close, that was, until it was 5 min prior to closing time. So, my friend and I said that we better head over to the dressing room. While we were hurrying to try stuff on, the manager came up to us and in a barking tone stated "If you two are not up at the register in 10 min, Im closing it down". Okay, fine...we started picking and choosing really quickly the stuff we really liked.. we were also discussing between ourselves what poor buisness sense it made to not give us more warning than 5 min (since she saw how full our carts were) and was inferring that they did not care about our buisness, she just wanted us out. She didnt offer to hold anything until the next day, or attempt any sort of customer service...etc. Mind you, my friend and I have both managed in retail, we would NEVER speak rudely to a customer and make them feel rushed, ESPECIALLY if they were going to spend that much money. You just lock the doors. Anyhow, we were hanging the stuff we didnt have time to try on, on one of the "put back" rounders. I was in the dressing room & my friend was just outside, trying on jackets and pull over shirts, when I heard someone literally yell, "YOU TWO NEED TO GET OUT OF HERE NOW." I opened the door and it was the MOD and two other associates. One was recording us with her phone..lol. I was absolutely shocked!! I stated that "there was no need to yell" to which she replied that "it was now 15 min after closing time, I have been working since 8:30 am and have to pay the other associates OT." She Also said that my friend, who is 6 1/2 months pregnant by the way and I were "making a mess" (which I can only guess she was referring to the clothes we were hanging back up on the rounder, because there were no other clothes around or on the floor etc) and that were "laughing" and now "tresspassing." At this point, I was thinking, "what is going on?" You have got to be kidding me!" My friend, who was now VERY upset and crying, started to fling some clothes; and however unacceptable, let me reiterate again. She is pregnant, has heart problems, hormonal, and now VERY angry and insulted. She stormed out of the store. They were now calling the police, (unnecessarily in my opinion since we were already leaving without any merchandise.) As I was walking out I was asking the associate who was filiming us who the owner of the store was. I was also trying to find my car keys in my purse, which they would not let me do in the store. I was worried I had left them in there, but again, no help, no kindness.. In summary, what was supposed to be our "fun, relaxing shopping trip" turned into a nightmarish event ending with two VERY verbally assulted and harassed customers. Side note: My friend ended up in the ER shortly after that for stress induced contractions as well as a panick attack. On the plus side, there was ample parking.

This place is AWFUL. We went because of the great 50% off coupon, but we were treated so poorly that we walked out without using it because we just didnt want to give our money to people like this. There are 2 dressing rooms for the whole store, which are situated in the center of the overcrowded building. Theres no room for people to wait, so they crowd into the area right in front of the dressing rooms, which is awkward and uncomfortable (and makes it very hard to walk through the store!)...I had a full cart, and waited for a room, and took in my "4 items maximum", then came out to get the next 4 (when I was finished. Someone in line said that I couldnt take in more clothes, I had to get back in line in order to try on 4 more. I scoffed because that was so absurd, and my husband said that we would not do that unless told so by an employee. The employee who came over said the same thing, and was SO RUDE, she practically dragged me out of the dressing room before I could get dressed. I cannot understand wanting to punish people who are trying on many things (and therefore could bring in more business)! Also, the clothes were not very nice quality (stains, tears, missing buttons) and are not any cheaper than anywhere else (which is probably why they so freely give out coupons). I love to shop at thrift stores, partially because they are cheaper. And I am aware that most people who shop at thrift stores are probably not too wealthy. But this is the first time Ive ever been looked down on or disrespected while shopping at one.

Been coming to this store "religiously" for 20+ years. Why? While we could easily afford to shop in the malls, with just a little bit of searching I usual find unbelievable bargains here in great shape (often barely worn). Why spend all Saturday mornings going from one garage sale to another? The store inside itself is not very appealing, but they do a great job of sorting the cloths by sizes (unlike a lot of other thrift stores). Just one example, some years back I was able to get a 3-piece wool suit in great condition that fit me to a "T" for $7.50 !!! Often, we leave the store LOL with our bags jammed packed after spending maybe only $30 to $50. All items have color-coded tags and 3-colors are always on sale (25% or 50%). A better deal these days is to text them on a smart-phone for alerts and they almost always provide you with specials at 50% off everything in the store. There are few days in a month without one of these great discounts. This store is so popular, that the parking lot is almost always crowded in the front & sides and one must often resort to parking in the rear with the dumpster and delivery trucks. When comparing Apples-with-Apples, this thrift prices match just about competing thrift stores in north Pinellas county and when using their specials (color-tags or text alerts) this store "blows-the-Door" off the competitors.

My mom and I shop here every week, so often that the employees know our names and ask about things in our lifes. The staff is so so nice as long as youre being nice back! Be rude and theyll be rude right back. A lot of customers that come here are kind but theres those few that are just rude, always in your way, and do not say excuse me!! Everyone that comes here needs to know that employees have feelings too. Ive seen them get disrespected just because the line was long. Like really? People are so impatient its ridiculous. Theres always these people here. BTW THE TBT NEWSPAPER HAS 50% COUPONS AND YOU CAN ALWAYS SIGN UP FOR COUPONS THROUGH TEXT MESSAGES!!!! We dont pay full price ever. Make sure you get a coupon!!!!! Some people like my mom and I leave TBT coupons around the store or hand them out so look around or ask people. Just sign up for the text coupon and use the same one every time. They have signs on the doors about it. I found some of my fashion staples here like a new Victoria secret pjs set that retailed this last Christmas for $45 and I got it for $5!!! Also brand new Vans and Keds. You really have to be on the look out! The only downfall is parking!!! They really need to fix it. This place is getting busier and busier every day. They just recently got this big problem. It used to be no problem but now its ridiculous during busy times.
