Horrible experience. I would not recommend this florist to anyone. Not only was her finished product bad, her over all attitude to her staff and customers was so unprofessional. If you cant handle the heat of Prom orders, maybe you shouldnt take the orders. I ended up having to take the bouquet of flowers and boutonnieres somewhere to try to fix your shabby work. Its a shame that you charged these girls, their moms and their dates what you did. Unless your over attitude changes and you learn to handle the pressure, your business will not be here much longer. Word is already out about so many moms experiences with you on Sat.

Called 4 days in advance for my mothers 70th birthday so the arrangement would arrive first thing in the morning. Was told around 8-9am. Called her at lunch to see how she loved the flowers, and basically ruined the surprise, as they were not delivered yet. Not sure about the product, but the timeliness of the delivery was not there. Cant get that one back...

The corsage ordered directly from the website was not even close to the corsage received. The type of flowers was not correct, the whole thing just looked pitiful and then it completely fell apart before the dance even started. If you want quality work and good customer service, youd be better served going elsewhere.
