I walked over from a nearby restaurant wanted to buy something for my 18 month old and I, my party was going to meet me there after paying there bill. I walked in set my 18 month down front of some Disney stuffed animals, I had one hand on him and one hand on the stuffed animals. Right then a women walked buy saying you cant let him run by himself and I responded I am not o am right with him. She mumbled something under her breath as she continued to walk. So I picked him up and left I was there for maybe 10 sec. DONT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN, THEY DO NOT LIKE THEM!

Dont shop here, deserves 0 stars. got some items and while still in the store wed like to upgrade to more expensive items (mugs instead of keychain ) they would not take it back even though its been 30seconds!!! Hope they go broke, that is not good customer service after you just bought T-shirts and other Stuff. Think twice before you go in.

They have a lot of Disney souvenirs but if youre looking for anything from Universal this is not the place to go. The staff is super friendly and there is definitely something there that you would like for a lot cheaper than you would find at the parks.

I hated it. My family & I are here from Detroit & after 5 minutes of browsing the store, we were being followed by an employee!!!! I refuse to spend my money in an uncomfortable atmosphere!!! This was a very huge turn off!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
