Just wanted to share some comments from my sister who is using a set of Modloft Delaney chairs around the kitchen table... SHE LOVES THEM: "I do like them very much. They are so understated and so very comfortable. I find myself loving to do computer work at the table all the time because they are some of the most comfy chairs I have ever sat in. I think it is the seat cushion plus they are absolutely the perfect height." By the way she also loves the Howard bed and Modloft mattress I bought her for Christmas. It was Super EZ to assemble and went together in a flash! Great workmanship on that piece of goods. Looks fantastic in the Oyster color against a charcoal wall in the MBR. Looking forward to working with all at Modloft soon for more furnishings!

Good quality; beautifully made furniture; with some serious heft. Cant move the bed without exerting some effort - which means less squeaks and breaks. Unfortunately cannot give the bed 5 Stars as it has 2 issues for me. 1st - the color is darker than the color depicted on the website. For online shoppers that accuracy is critical since we do not have the ability to judge without. 2nd - my eastern king mattress has a good 1/2" of space on either side i.e. the bed frame is wider than the standard measurements; allowing for a not so graceful glimpse of the slats underneath

The whole experience with Modloft was 5 star! First, the table is beautiful and quality. Just lovely! Second, Modloft really goes out of their way to give you a "white glove" customer experience. They kept in touch with me prior to my delivery and kept me informed. They also sent me a bouquet of flowers to thank me for my business. Pretty sure you dont get that from any big name brands. The table was quite heavy and Modloft upgraded my delivery to a full install at no charge. I encourage anyone to buy from Modloft over a big name. You wont be disappointed! :)

I bought my first Modloft product almost a year ago and absolutely love it! The quality is fantastic from the joints to the handles, to the finish etc. I have gone on to buy further products; Delancy Chairs, Houston Desk, Green Mirror and can see that the quality is consistently high! This is high end design and style coupled with high quality and craftsmanship, but low on price! I thoroughly recommend this company and thank Modloft for the compliments that I regularly receive on my home!

They accommodated my busy schedule and upgraded us to white glove service which was very much needed and appreciated. The white glove service was so nice, clean and professional. I LOVE my new bed and the whole experience was perfect. This was my first time ordering furniture online and getting it set-up professionally. I usually do it myself. It is worth it to have the white glove service. We have a newborn so it would have been very difficult for us to get this bed put together. THANK YOU!!!

I purchased a modloft queen worth bed and it arrived in great condition thanks to the guys who delivered it. Putting it together was a peace of cake it only took me about 30 minutes tops! The quality is excellent, I love the leather ash headboard. The mattress is pretty light and easy to carry but laying on it is even better. Now I can get better rest and wake up with plenty of energy in the mornings. No joke I feel a huge difference with my sleep its awesome! Thank you Modloft.

Purchased Queen Chelsea bed frame. Quality is amazing. Shipping was hassle free. Their live chat system support was the definite reason why I decided to purchase. Only reason no 5 stars was that i received an email stating I was upgraded to white glove service which includes "unpacking, and debris removal" however neither of those were done. Most likely due to a lack of communication between Modloft and the shipping company they use. Overall satisfied with my purchase.

I am a designer and purchaser, and I have been working with Linda at Modloft. She has been incredibly helpful, and has gone above and beyond to get me information quickly. She even had her graphic designer update a cut sheet for me for a client in about 10 minutes! Their furniture is beautiful and affordable. I havent received my items yet, but I have been thrilled with my experience with Modloft, and Linda especially, thus far!

Bought a bed and nightstands from Modloft. Shipping was quick and the Modloft team was communicative about when it would be delivered. One of the nightstands had a broken clasping mechanism, and the Modloft team sent a furniture repair tech out the next week to take care of it. Works as good as new. Super happy with the entire experience and will definitely buy from them again.

Awesome bed; pair it with a 10-inch Latex mattress, and you have the perfect combination for sweet dreams. Assembling was easy as pie (did it alone). Make sure you have a power drill as there are 75 screws to fix the slats to the bed frame. Great quality, great value, and simply beautiful. Very highly recommended.
