Worst customer service experience, had a hard time returning items with a receipt. The cashier (CHARM) does not have any customer services experience or good manners. even thought paid $30 when returning items with a receipt she wanted to give me $23 back.

went there yesterday, what a horrible experience!!! Alex and Lee were so rude. The store was messy, with boxes sitting everywhere!!! I left without making a purchase because of these two guys. I will never return to that store!!!

I love this store. I go maybe once a week. The store manager is a sweetheart and that young black woman that works the register is always so nice and pleasant. I appreciate good service, which is why I love this store.
