I bought a Calvin Klein perfume about two weels ago and spoke to the cashier when I was purchasing the item about returns because I didnt know if it was the right one ( it was a gift) the cashier said that they will pretty much except any return. Well it turned out it was the wrong perfume so i want to return the item and the manager was completely disrespectful . She said she didnt have to accept anything and it was up to get whether she would accept it. I did not have my receipt but the tag was still on the item and she said she couldnt look up my transaction.... I explained that the cashier said i could return the item. Through this whole conversation I was calm towards the manager and she was raising her voice trying to state her position with the company and was trying to undermine me. I will not be returning to this location and I sure hope something changes. Its apparent there is miss communication within this store.

This store is always really clean I will give them that. However it is not a location for everyone, Ive always loved TJs but this locations clothing selection is so BLAH. Literally since they opened I keep going in hoping it will get better...... it hasnt. I am a size 16/18 so a plus sized women and the plus size selection is a boring joke especially compared to other locations. From going shopping with friends it seems that there smaller clothing is a bust as well. The only thing I truly enjoy about this location would be the hidden makeup treasures and their shoe selection..

One of my favorite stores because it appeals to my quality goods and bargain hunter personally at the same time. This store can be an Aladdins cave as you can find some amazing finds. I have discovered perfumes I like at a third of the cost, or tried make up and skin care products I would normally not buy because of the cost, but when they so much cheaper than the retail stores I figure why not. My latest find is 6 sleep masks for $4.99 that leave my skin super soft when I wake up in the morning.

The products are nice but dont expect any decent customer service. Not even a little bit. Talked to three different people who act like I dont work in the retail world An think that Im going to even come close to buying into their BS excuses. Id recommend a different location or shop online

Very clean, found lots of different things and of course we all know no two TJX stores carry the same inventory, this is why I love it Im quite content with knowing that they have another not too far, but this one is not crowded, well kept and close by!

The mens selection isnt great, and the prices arent as low as youd expect TJ max to be. Maybe Im just used to nyc sample sales with designer names, but Macys and Dillards on sale days are way better.
