I went with a friend for the first time ever and I have never been so disrespected in my entire life by the staff. This place really needs to revamp their customer service program. The barista was very rude when handed a gold membership card. You would think that would make her aware that this person must know their coffee. She gave us a look like what you want me to do with this, in fact she even asked that question. They dont get pumpkin spice latte until Sept 6th which is later than it seems any other Starbucks. Whats the point of being a gold member? Im a basic white guy and obviously need my basic necessities in order to survive this life. As I was leaving a customer was walking out and I happened to say hello and they walked right passed my vehicle and did not say a word!

We just moved to the area and were delighted to find a local Starbucks. We "were" daily customers for years until patronizing the Lake City store. After ordering the same drink (Tall Mocha with 2 extra shots of espresso) on three separate occasions and getting it with NO espresso, (it should be overpowering yet it was just like hot chocolate!) Im done. The majority of the staff are very disinterested in any customer service, period. I feel terrible sorry for the one or two employees that actually care, they cant be expected to carry the whole store though! Seeing all these terrible reviews, Im wondering why Corporate hasnt stepped in? :( *Recommending: Ellianos Coffee 2915 W US Highway 90 Lake City, FL 32055 At least youll get the actual coffee your paying for.

I live out of town but came to Lake City for a visit, granted I was happy to see Starbucks but once going I was so disappointed. This Starbucks has the absolute rudest people working. I went three times during my visit, every time it was the same thing. The only reason I went back was because I need coffee to be human. My coffee was good and made correctly but the people are terrible. They need to learn customer service skills and I will not be going back. I would rather go to Dunkin Donuts than to deal with the employees at this location. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because my coffee was good.

I just stood in line for 10 minutes at Starbucks, 2511 US-90, Lake City, FL (about 1 mi east of I-75 North) only for the Barista to broadly smile and tell me they were "out of coffee" She didnt offer to brew any either. It appears they only make those dessert drinks there. Calling Starbucks customer service was a joke too. They said they would contact the manager and have him speak with the Batistas. To say what? Ah - you will have to brew coffee before you sell it?

For how overstaffed the facility is in the middle of the morning they are the slowest moving Starbucks I have ever visited the organizational skills in routine are pretty out there when someone makes an order cashier will punch in the order and then leave to go do something else before they take payment. I saw a woman with a $20 bill extended for the better part of a minute while the cashier took a break to to take something out of the oven

Horrible experience!!! Waited in drive thru line for 45 minutes! These people need hire someone who knows how to run a drive thru. There were only 6 cars in front of me also! Very disappointed and theres only a 50% chance my drink will be good, based on past experience with this location. Good thing I dont live here or this would make a bad start to the workday! Plenty of time sitting in the drivethru line to write a review.

A redneck Starbucks? The manager told me they dont get newspapers delivered. Theres always an empty rack where the Times, Journal, etc belong. Ive been here many times and never seen a smile. Id describe it as dirty and worn. Ellianos coffee is worlds better, a block away, but so busy. I go to this Starbucks when Im in a hurry. In the Orlando area, Starbucks is completely different: friendly, cozy, clean, normal.

While the place is clean, the service is painfully slow. The barista is more interested in flirting than making drinks. I was the only one in line when I came in. It should not take near 10 minutes for me to order, receive my drink and sandwich. Cashier forgot to make my sandwich. I had to remind the staff. Starbucks is typically known for fast, efficient, friendly service. This was very disappointing.

I went in to purchase a travel mug for my husband. I was never greeted nor did anyone offer to help me. I found a mug on the shelf in the back of the room on the far wall. I got in line - there were two people ahead of me but I stood there for several minutes. No one acknowledged me or said they would be with me. I decided to leave and get on with my life. The staff needs more training.

Maybe it was an off day. But it seemed to me that the staff wasnt working together. They had one barista working on drinks for the inside customers and two for the drive thru. Clearly, the inside line was heavily outweighing the drive thru line and could have helped instead of watching the other girl fail at making other drinks. People were waiting about 15 minutes for a coffee.

Just tried Apple Pay here - FYI it doesnt work - its only reason I stopped here. The rude helper Steph was in a bad mood-after I ordered my stuff and tried to pay with a line behind me - we tried the Apple Pay 10x then she laughed and said its only worked one time. How about if you know it doesnt work you fix it or get training how to use it and problem solve?

So I went in to order coffee why not and they of course whats your name sir well yes being a Trump supporter I said Trump I got a death stare with no name on my cup and when my order come up well it just was placed there so finally after ten minutes I asked about it and I barley got acknowledge and the employee just pointed to the items GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

terrible service...5 employees working behind counter...i stood line over 10mins without being acknowledged...until the line grew bigger and the drive thru emp turned around and told another emp to help with inside line. thankfully Im just passing thru on road trip back home to Belle Isle where the Starbucks emp are professionals

Coming from Orlando heading To Alabama.. Stopped to get just a plain coffee... Walked inside...no welcome to Starbucks! Not a friendly staff or cashier no (what can I get started for you) had a serious attitude.. Pls fix YOUR staff! if you dont like working with the public dont apply for public jobs ... Im just saying

Starbucks is not the best coffee. A frappuccino should not taste like bitter milk-water. Certainly not worth $5. I have had some decent hot drinks. But nothing special. Breakfast sandwiches taste above average and the paninis are excellent, but for the portion size they are incredibly overpriced.

I have visited Starbucks a few times after dark and the drive through lights are off. They told me they have no control on what time they shut off which it is a bunch bunk. The real reason is more likely they want to slow traffic down at night......This is the worst Starbucks I have seen.
