I was out of one of my juices, and as my local vape shop does not carry it, I decided to stop here due to the good prior reviews I read. It was on the way to my destination and I was in a bit of a rush. There were 3 problems I encountered. To be fair, I will go over the pros first. The place was very clean and organized which is always a plus. Now the cons. Number one, I had to initiate any conversation that was exchanged, even the greeting; businesses, especially the ones that the client deals directly with the work associate need to have welcomings for all potential and returning customers. Number 2, I asked for a sample of a juice to try, and I asked to drip it, and he said they dont have any to drip but they had sample tanks for the juices, which is fine, and I asked for a sample of a certain juice that I have been meaning to try, upon asking for it, I was told he does not have a sample for that, upset by it, all that was offered was paper description. That does not really help me in my decision making, and the associate was not eager to help me with that issue. Its not that difficult to open a cheap tank and fill it with the juice for a customer to try, for myself and all future customers. 3rd problem and this is the biggest issue. The juice that I bought, as I have purchased from multiple vendors has always been the same price, the bottle itself says 18 dollars, and that has always been the price of that bottle. This store had marked it up to 20 dollars. Now 2 dollars isnt the end of the world, but when the bottle itself literally says 18 dollars, it is unprofessional and cheap to mark it up more, especially since I am positive he gets it at a vendor price, so he is simply trying to increase his profit margin and taking it out of the customer pocket. Since I needed the juice, I purchased it, however I will not be returning here for any vaping need, and I advise all other to do the same.

Came here on 7/10, money ready to buy a new piece to replace my old one that broke. I asked if there was a sale on water pipes for 710 and the guy looked at me like I was crazy and told me he has no idea what Im talking about with an attitude. I proceeded to ask him again, if he has a sale for 7/10, as it is like the 4/20 for concentrates.He then proceeded to start getting aggressive in his tone with me and told me he still has no idea what im talking about and that his shop only has tobacco concentrates. As was walking away, he continued trying to talk over me as I was trying to say theres no reason to get aggressive with me, and he wouldnt let it go until he got the last word. BOTTOM LINE IS: Stay away from this classless establishment, if youre a real 420/710 lifer and expect good vibes from the people that work at a headshop. They definitely will never be getting my business again, unless Im desperate. Their pieces are all overpriced and the selection is disappointing to say the least anyways, Ive checked. See my other disappointing story about this shop below. Other Bad Experience: The one other time I came here, also ready to buy a piece to replace the broken one, I found out that the store does not even let you water test the water pipes, to see how the air flow is. (You really expect someone educated on glass to go spend 400+ on a rig when you wont even let them try it?) This is also when I perused all of their water pipes for concentrates, finding that they were all overpriced or cheaply made glass for the most part. - An extremely disappointed customer

I picked out a vape juice, told him what I wanted, and as I was walking to the counter to check out. I said "it seems like a lot of your stuff isnt just for vamping." He asked me what I meant, I said well it looks like a lot of crack pipes or something. And he asked me to leave... I was confused because it was literally a question because Ive never seen over half the stuff in there before. But apparently trying to figure out what all those pipes and hoses and miscellaneous things are for, is illegal in that shop. I guess all of his customers have to know what all his stuff is for before walking into the shop. To me it seems sketch. I just moved to the area and trying to find a smoke shop to get my vape juice, but this place dont like questions and they are obviously very defensive. So Ill find a place that is for vape juice:) and that doesnt kick me out for asking questions.

Ignore the two most recent ignorant reviews of this shop. To the person who asked about crack pipes... of course you were asked to leave, all products sold by any shop of this sort is for tobacco use only... Basically pipeshop 101. This shop has a great selection and a great range of cheap to nice equipment. He is still expanding and constantly adding new product, he is always ready to help and will answer any questions you have. I have spent $2000+ in the shop by now and its usually my one and only stop. Don t be discourage by the other bad review either... 4/20 is not recognized by TOBACCO shops, and as someone who is well versed in that here 7/10 is not some up and coming day... get over yourself dude. Long story short... spend your money here!

With one of the largest selections of the glass and glass accessories in Jacksonville, Smoky Mountain is a highly recommended and a reliable smoke shop. What I like most about is that they always have the newest products nearly as soon as they come out. Their glass selection is huge and features some of the most sought after glass in the industry. Head over to their store now and see if they have anything that interests you. I came in here and got what I wanted with help from they guy who works their and paid within a few dollars or cheaper than the online price where the others stores I went into doubled everything. I would come here dont waste your time going to every other shop.

Dont shop here if youre an avid hookah smoker. The owner was apparently too lazy to continue selling higher numbers of full-size coconut coals in a single box due to distributor supply issues. They unfortunately now only sell half-sizes in 90 pieces and full-sizes in 72 pieces once they stopped carrying this particular stock containing full-size 120 pieces resulting in $5 profits over long run. Once again, please take your business elsewhere.

This is the best shop to go to in all of Jacksonville. The guy who works there greeted me and helped me out with everything that I was looking for and had superior knowledge on everything. After letting him know what I wanted he showed me a few items that were exactly what I needed and a fraction of the cost of all the other stores. The place has tons of inventory with anything you can think of and still is expanding. 5STARS!!

This place is your amazing local smoke shop. Ive been there about 12 times or so in the past year. The cute Russian guy thats always there is friendly but not pushy. He helps as needed and knows his stuff. Their prices are great compared to certain smoke "cities" so I always come here first when I need something or when Im just shopping. You wont be disappointed I promise.
