I asked an employee on the floor if he could find out if they had anymore specific beers in cooler, only one bottle in rack. He rudely said NO! I am off the floor, and on my way out. I asked if there was anyone else who could help. He pointed to the counter with 2 employees who were helping long long lines of customers to cash out. He said " Ask one of them for help" I went to counter to ask a young man, at the register for help, he turned to the rude employee and asked him to help me, " He again said NO" So the young guy had to go and look. When I got in line the Rude employee was now checking out people in the 3rd line . When another employee asked him about him leaving he said " I was asked by Joe, so I cant say no so I am staying to help. HOW VERY RUDE! The Worse employee for Customer Service!!! I will go elsewhere from now on when he is there!!!!!!!

The staff is very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about all of their products. I asked for help and got it within a minute, which was great! They have a wide variety of spirits to accommodate most any desire. They even offer fine cheese to go with their wines, and more!

The staff is very helpful. The selection is vast so a friendly and helpful staff is much needed. They also have a great selection of top shelf cigars. Some are cheaper here than anywhere else I find them. Hard to find beer? Micro-brew? Rare scotch? Yeah, they got that.
