Poor customer service. Not going back here again. They do not have a good selection of eyeglasses so when I purchased eyeglasses elsewhere, they were very uncooperative with faxing over my prescription. My time was wasted since the receptionist kept telling me (rudely) that she did fax over my prescription when she clearly had not. I had to call back over and over until it was sent it over. Their incompetence was confirmed when I had the exact same problem when I tried ordering contacts from an online site instead of through them. Dr Schaffer was so nice, but when I scheduled a follow up appointment because I was having problems with my contacts, she was very short with me, no empathy at all!

I called to see if they had appointments for today the young lady told me yes come in at 1230 when I drove 30min in traffic stood at the counter for a couple min to find out that I needed to go to the back (first and last time at lenscrafters). I go to the back to find out the doctors went on lunch and wont be back till 2pm.

Scheduled apps for 2:30 pm. Stopped in at 2pm to choose frames. 3pm comes around and dont get called in yet. A lady w/o apps walks in straight to the back w/o apps and starts chatting with Optometrist. 3:05pm I decide to leave since no one even acknowledged they were running late.

Very helpful and nice. Dr. Judy is the best eye exam in town! The staff is helpful and they get your glasses done quickly. Make sure to get the $25 insurance!! It has saved me a ton o money. My dog was found of chewing my glasses and they replaced them 4 times without a problem!!!

Here visiting on vacation and I forgot my contacts at home. Nicole was very helpful. She worked with LensCrafters from home to get my prescription and provided samples so I could see on vacation! Thank you!
