I absolutely hate that this is the closest grocery store to where I live. Under normal circumstances I love Publix but I do not like this one. They only have teenagers working at night and theres no way that these children could uphold the standards that I look for when I shop at Publix. There are grocery carts everywhere in the parking lot and none for me to grab when I walk into the store. These employees are more interested in talking amongst themselves and playing on their phones then taking care of the customers that come to the store.I have also noticed that they do not put signs for all of their BOGOs on their shelves. There are items on the website that are not labeled in the store. After two attempts at talking to a manager that didnt seem to care I am done with the store they need better management.

on a sunday afternoon...I go to get 2 items....the 3 lines and express are full lines so I go to customer service desk and the woman working there is talking with someone by the lottery tickets....twice she turned and looked at me and then over toward the lines...then she turned to me and said ...there are only a few people in express....wth...so I go stand in line for 10 minutes as I stand watching the customer service person TALKING with a employee from grocery...the whole time....could have checked out my items but ...no....really...not what I call customer service

Annoyed... I get it. Vendors pay for shelf space. But... My toothpaste, Close-Up, which I have purchased at Publix for years, has been removed from the shelves at this store to make room for TWENTY-SEVEN varieties of Colgate toothpastes. On a positive note... The new Dollar Tree, just down the road, carries my brand... And many other products I used to purchase here. Publix saving me money by sending me to their competitors...

I must compliment the Pharmacy staff, unbelievable fast service. I was at their bakery the other day and was offered a sugar cookie sample, it was DELICIOUS, I had to buy some, but they were packed 2 dozen in a container. I asked if I could get a smaller container, NO PROBLEM. Almost instantly I had 1dozen. They were so good, my wife found out, they disappeared in 2 days. Going back tomorrow for more.

Terrible publix. They dont put out all of their bogo signs so their signs dont match the bogo you can find on the app. More than once, with different employees, I have walked up to cash out and they employee is too busy on their phone to even say hello. I have talked to managers, they just dont seem to care. Poorly run publix.

Really nice staff, and hardly ever busy! Never have to wait long to check out, and its still a good sized store and has everything youll need! Deli is on point with the fried chicken as well.
