First of all, I have been going to natural food stores for about 10 years now and prefer to support local stores instead of a whole foods. I would say this place is 40% vitamins and 40% natural snacks. First visit, no fresh bread, all frozen. Was told they freeze it to keep it "fresh". Second visit no tempeh ( a natural store staple!) And no tofu in sight ( at least in the refrigerated section). Their produce section looks like a zombie apocalypse. The reason their prices should be higher is because they should be restocking more often due to produce going bad. But high prices and no restocking=bummer. Honestly, I dont normally write reviews but was very disappointed. Will be going to trader Joes or whole foods from now on.

How sad. A health food store should not be this depressing. From the dark, unsuitably lit and near empty produce section to their freezers that feature expired, freezer burnt items, this location is by far the worst health food store I have ever seen. To make matters worse, their products are priced double that they cost a few doors down at Winn-Dixie... I dont understand how such a business can survive, then again, the impression I got when I walked around and noticed empty shelves tells me this store wont be open much longer!

I had such a pleasant shopping experience at this health food store. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The store was very well stocked and had many healthy options to choose from. If you get a chance, eat in the cafe while you are there. The food and pastries there are so good. I will definitely be shopping here in the future.

The prices are unfortunately quite high compared to the same items at Publix. But Its nice to be able to get some of the other food items here that are not available at a bigger grocery store. Plus its great to support a small local business!

They have a vast selection of Vitamins and will even order specific vitamins for you! I read Mens Health and love buying the latest mixes of Vitamins that make me feel great everyday.
