Siempre cuando vengo a esta tienda me ayudan con mis problemas los trabajadores que trabajan en la tienda son bien inteligentes y siempre te ayudan con cualquier cosa en esta tienda me ayudó Janet, lexli , y David ellos hablan español y siempre cuando vengo aquí los divertimos son bien amables y honesto espero que vayan a la tienda con sus problemas y preguntas por qué ellos si les pueden ayudar (:

Noel and Janet were very helpful Noel will always be my sales rep shes amazing and great at what she does! She makes my day easier and helped me download all my important items I needed so I wont feel lost with my new phone. I will definitely recommend sprint to my friends and family. I will be leaving for the military soon and she got me started with what I needed to know and more so I wont have to worry about anything when I leave to boot camp! I love my iPhone 7 plus its everything I wanted and more oh and did I mention she dropped my bill !! And gave me more for less the price! Go to sprint and get the hook up with Noel and Janet but not like that if you know what I mean lol

Ive been coming to this store for so long Brian knows me by name. Half the time I dont even have to stop in, just call- ask for Brian and its handled. No second guessing, no checking back to make sure, its just done and done right from the start. I started coming here to get my phone fixed (customer care sent me there), and at the time I was so done with LG and Sprint I thought Id never go back into another store. Well Brian solved my problems and QUICK and Ive been seeing him and buyin phones from him ever since! If this guy isnt training every person in the company then management should have their heads examined! 5 Stars!!!

The best Sprint store in Delaware (Newport, next to movies 10) and Noel Bartell is the best. She is very professional, friendly, helpful & has excellent customer service skills every time I go into this store! She even called me to advise me that the promotion I was looking into was going to end today, so I would not miss the offer!
