I shop on a strict budget and Ive been pleasantly surprised by the fact that I can find MANY products here for a better price than Whole Foods or Trader Joes. I strongly disagree with other reviewers about prices-- for a natural retailer without corporate buying power, this co-ops prices are excellent. I love the abundance of bulk herbal teas and spices! Lots of nutritious snacks in those bulk aisles too. Clean store, specialty items that you cant find anywhere else, knowledgeable staff. Kid-friendly: stickers and free fruit if you ask about the Co-op Explorers Club. EBT accepted without any snobbery.

Great place in Delaware to get all of your health products and food! Over a year ago, they moved to the front of the plaza, so they have more visibility and a larger square footprint. In addition to the store, there are weekly farmers markets- great way to learn more about how food is grown and meet local farmers (vegetables, fruits, meats, eggs, honey, etc.). There is also a cafe where you can purchase food by the ounce or pound, pre-packaged, or have smoothies or juice freshly made to order. You can become a member of the co-op, or just buy what you need as you go.

I have been shopping at this store for years and the staff is always very helpful, the food is superb, and the cafe is delicious. As someone with several family members with rather severe food allergies I can always find something for everyone. This is a store i have brought friends and family to and will continue to bring them to so they can see how awesome this place is.

If youre gluten free, vegan, or just looking for healthy lunch options, this is the sort for ya. Vegan chicken salad really tastes better than the real thing. Small healthy grocery store with a cafe that specialized in vegan options. No misses here. Sodas made with cane sugar, gum with no artificial sweeteners. I love eating here when Im in town.

Can anyone explain how animal products are humane, healthful, or ecologically responsible? Oh wait...you cant. Because they arent. So our mission statement means nothing.

Staff is usually pretty friendly and willing to help you find what youre looking for. They also willingly make recommendations. Great atmosphere for shopping and dining. Shopping here has opened my eyes to new products and opportunities. My only real contention is that the prices are high for the selection and location.

Absolutely disgusting store. I first walked into to see soft rotting produce and as I continued around the store I found more food rotting in the packaging for example this pizza crust hanging on the corner of an aisle(See Picture). The shelves are poorly stocked and as a result food is expiring. Gross gross gross!

We have been shopping at the Co-op for several years and love to go as a family. It has become a fun Sunday afternoon trip almost weekly. Love the new Cafe 67, and the vegan chicken salad is our new favorite!! Always something new to try at the hot bar, bring back the vegan wing dings!!

This is a great organic and whole foods store, for people who have a certain restrictive diet - you will find things here that would otherwise have to search long and hard for. Usually good prices, but be sure to watch and compare. Generally knowledgeable staff, and very friendly.

Great prices and huge selection for a local co-op. Very warm atmosphere. Ive been coming here for a few months now (new to town) and we had a few co-ops like this out in the Midwest but none of them had this much stuff! Really friendly and knowledgeable staff, too.

Does not have enough vegan offering s no hot vegan meals usually with pasta when they do have it tomato basil soup prices are high wish there was a whole foods near by food usually dry by evening itinerary unfortunately it the only game in town ☹️

I went there today for the first time and I was excited about all the international foods. I got some dried mulberries and excited to try them. After I washed them and put in the container I saw a lot of worms moving around. That is so disappointing.

The food bar at lunch is perfect for an inexpensive healthy lunch option. - The drink prices (even bottled water) are, however, rather pricey. -- The store is nice, but not my cup of tea. Check it out, you may like it. The staff is kind.
