I took my Krispy Kreme punch-card (buy 5 dozens, get 1 dozen original glazed free) and had them punch my last hole. They took my card and gave me a little baggie with just 3 doughnuts in it. I inquired "why just 3?" and the cashier just says "its a blessing." I contacted customer service and they asked for my phone number, but they never followed up. Update: They emailed me back to tell me they had a delay in following up due to technical difficulties. They called me during my off-limit hours and left a message. I will not entertain their lack of sincerity, as I work on a military aircraft during the day and they already know my email. Its not hard to type an email. What a disgusting company. Update #2: After I informed them that they can just email me to discuss the issue, they emailed me to tell me they are sorry for what I experienced, and then told me to call them to discuss it yet again during hours that I have already indicated being unavailable. What I dont understand is, if you have the ability to email and youve already contacted me through it, whys it so hard to discuss through email if we cant speak over the phone? Management here is a joke.

Krispie Kreme Doughnuts were the best! What happened? Why did they change the jellly? I lived in Phoenix when I first fell in love with the Raspberry Krispy Kremes. Then, I moved to Delaware and continued to love the fresh out of the oven KK on Rt. 202 in Wilmington. Then, on Rt. 40 in Bear. I moved down state and had to get them at ROFO. Although, they were not fresh out of the oven, they were still awesome. But, within the last year; you changed the raspberry donuts. The new jelly is like many other donut companies donuts. At first, I thought ROFO just stopped carrying your donuts. However, whenever I go to Jersey (usually monthly) i stop at the Newark KK. You changed the recipe. Please bring back the old raspberry jelly. Ill rate you a two, because the donut itself (the outside) is still awesome, but please bring back the old filling and Ill come back and give you a five.

The doughnuts were good, how the customer service was not. The lady who took my order started taking my order and then stopped because someone was dripping her off lunch. At first I did not think much of it until proceeded to have an entire conversation with the person who dropped off her lunch, leaving me standing there for her to finish my order. A few other people came into the doughnut shop and she still continued her conversation and kept us waiting until another worker came from the back and was about to take over. Thats when she told the person she was speaking with to hold on and finished completing my order.

My experience of Krispy Kreme is one of falling short of expectations on a pretty consistent basis. They just dont compare in terms of a Dunkin Donuts Plus if you call them and ask them if they have certain products they leave you on hold for 20 minutes and you eventually give up. Their app is sloppy. They dont offer any deals to entice you to come in on their app... and if you get a gift card half the time it doesnt register. Very dissatisfied with their follow up with customers.

Im not a huge fan of donuts but this place has made me a believer! Do yourself a favor and make sure you visit when they are hot. Out of this world and the staff was so nice! We were eating inside and already bought some donuts when the hot light came on. A nice employee brought over a free fresh hot glazed for me and my finance without asking. I dont know how much it costs them but they made two new customers. Im from Jersey so Im not so used to nice people lol

Doughnuts are wonderful as always but the wait at this location is horrible. Initially when they were new the wait time was understandable however, the wait time has not changed. Rather ridiculous to wait 10 mins or more with one car in front of you for one doughnut and bottle of water!! Every time Ive been to this location the wait time is horrible and it hasnt improved!

4 stars because I dont think a single glazed doughnut should cost more than a dollar. Call me cheap! They are probably one of the best doughnuts Ive ever tasted, especially when hot (watch for the red light!), but still - over 6 bucks for a half dozen!?! Its neat to go in store and watch how the glazed are made.

I love the donuts they are great, nit what I remember because they have less filling then they did but still great. The service was cold. They were not personable, they were not helpfull,and they did not smile once. I know you dont like your job but suck it up. Easy for on and off the highway, for travelers.

The red light was on but no hot donuts in sight! The jay said, oh we have some in the back. If you hear that, run! They sucked as in they werent hot nor fresh. Waste of money in my eyes as I only go for the fresh, hot donuts right off the line.

So tasty i love this place, i drive from MD to NJ twice a month late night i always stop at this place as a break and grab coffee and some donuts. Best part they are 24 hours!!! Be aware though donuts are not warm 24/7 only during peak hours.

We had a great time, donuts fresh and filling, and my son loved his jimmies. The customer service was A+, warm greetings, and even after we had paid and sat down they brought us over a cold cup of water. I would definitely visit again!

Krispy Kreme is one of my favorite place to get donuts. Lot of variety to try and everything taste amazing. I do enjoy the original glazed which come out fresh from the machine. Nobody can beat the taste of hot donuts.

RED LIGHT! I never pass it by when it is lit. A fresh hot Krispy Kreme just out of the oil is heaven! The doughnut just dissolves on your tongue and is always worth the stop.

On National Donut Day Kristy Kreme gave out free donuts with out any purchase necessary! This location have fresh donuts often and the line moves quickly.
