Always super busy and they never keep enough breakfast food stocked. Be careful ordering ahead, they dont keep inventory up to date like other stores. Ive had several instances of ordering ahead items that are supposedly in stock, only to find they were out when I go to pickup. The Cottage Grove Rd and West Hart Center locations are better options.

Staff could barely be bothered to help us. My holiday spice flat white had NO SPICE and when I told the barista, he said it isnt supposed to and didnt offer to do anything to correct it. Very disappointed.

Service is not as used to. The coffee Frappuccino is tasteless. i even saw they mix water in my cup. Workplace look messy. Notice as of 1:10 PM, April 23, 2017.

Place got wifi, coffee, and a selection of deserts/food. REALLY EXPENSIVE COFFEE. This place is like the classic Starbucks.

Much better temp controlled than the west hartford center Starbucks. Youll freeze within 20 mins of being there.
