This location has nitro cold brew, which is fantastic but expensive. The store is newer so service is a bit slow right now. Im hoping that it speeds up as time goes by, but for now its a lot quicker to go inside instead of waiting at the drive-thru. The drive-thru line was out to the road today when I went by, but I was in and out in under 3 minutes by going inside.

Sunday afternoon service was terrible. The drive thru line was out the driveway so we decided to go in, it was 25 minutes before my granddaughter got her mocha frappuccino and all I was getting was a green tea. No paper in any of the cash registers to give out receipts. They need more help or people more experienced.

Not impressed. There were 5 people on staff, and it took 20 minutes to make my coffee. I also ordered medium, I got charged for a large, and given a small. I tried to get someones attention but was ignored. I think Ill stick with the Starbucks in the center of town.

They open at 5am, and at 6am they were still not ready to receive customers .. condiment counter was not stocked .. large delivery blocking doors and bathroom .. while four staff stood around chatting about their weekend .. I will not be back anytime soon ..

Very mismanaged Starbucks. Drive thru configuration leaves customers blocking rd. On this day I watched two employees work while three stood around doing nothing. 8 customers waiting for orders and 7 cars waiting in drive thru. I would SKIP this stop.

My mom ordered Grande Americano with almond milk and when she looked at it, she saw little clumps of almond milk. It was disgusting! If I paid money, I would ask for it back! My mom and I would rather go to another Starbucks than this one

Staff appeared to have difficulty juggling multiple priorities. Gave me an incorrect order. Also note to staff keep your job complaints to your self! As a customer I dont want to hear how you have to do everyone elses job.

Their staff repeatedly fails to meet the requirements to support their drive through. It is faster to just park and go inside. They also have any Trash problem if they do not provide an outside receptacle..

The worst Starbucks that Ive been to. Takes 10 min to get a simple ice coffee, all the servers are busy talking to each other. 3 for 3, usually I let one time slip by but been 3 times and same experience.
