I had the meriden autozone store call the Wallingford one for a part I needed for my fiancés car to be worked on first thing in the morning the guy that helped me called around 8:42 and told her to hold the part that I was coming down. He told me to go down to get it that I could pick it up and I went down there and got there right at 8:59 and a guy ran inside as I was pulling in and they looked the doors I didnt get the girls name but there were 2 of them she didnt want to come to the door and refused to give me service when the place closes at 9:00 and they had called for me so they could hold the part so I could pick it up very unprofessional then I got her to come to the door and she was rude she lied to me and said the registers were closed but the other girl was ringing the guy out and I brought that up and then she told me thats an employee...... it really shouldnt have made a difference very unhappy with the service and I will be there first thing to pick up the part but its only because thats the closest place that has it....the girl looked like the manager on duty.

None of these guys have any idea what theyre talking about. NAPA Auto parts just down the road has a much more knowledgeable and friendly staff with better quality products.

horrible place, walmart has better service. a lady named justine had such a attitude toward my son i call the corporate offices never go there!!!
