Literally not a single isle is ever clean, there are clothes over the racks and on the floors, the fitting rooms are an entire other night mare. There were piles upon piles of clothes in every single stall I had to clean it out myself. No workers were in sight on the floor they were all at the registers with not a single person in line. The back counter had a bunch of empty hangers and clothing all over it the bins were filled to the T. The entire store was out of order. Not to mention when I went to do a layaway I received terrible customer service, the girl was too busy playing with her braids to notice I was in line. when she finally took me she kept rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing regardless of the fact that I was smiling and had a good attitude and kept my patience. Also I work at another Burlington here in CT so when I went to give her my associates # for my discount she called over her manager (also disgusting attitude) and then they said I couldnt use my discount without my associates card bc apparently a woman from the NY Burlington had been fired but continued using her discount amongst the stores so now they cant give a discount without the card. So I offered them the option to call my manager to verify that worked there. Then she said " Were not going to go thru all that trouble just for a discount, either pay regular price or leave" So I just left. I can honestly say this was my worst customer service I have ever received. Would not return again.

Customer service went down called and asked if I could exchange pair of shoes I bought my son for a size bigger when I got there showed them the shoes they had me pick out a new pair got all the way to the register and they changed their minds! Embarrassing waste of my time it was well within the time period and I had the receipt done with tgat store manager was a miserable woman who didnt like her job and decided to take it out on me.

When it comes to customer service, this has got to be one of the best Burlington Stores I have ever been to. In particular, there is one manager who is always happy to help in any way shape or form, juggling multiple questions at once and calmly moving from register to register to resolve customer service issues. She has glasses, she is thin, and she has a wonderful personality. I am so coming back!

I visit here quite often for good deals. Got my daughter and I hats and gloves for less than $15. Shoes are kind of on par with other places, but they do carry name brand purses (Michael Kors, Adrienne Vittadini, Betsey Johnson, etc.) but most clothes are not name brand. They also have a massive home section with luggage, home decor, pillows, rugs, etc. Love coming here for a good deal!

Worst customer service at this Orange store. I went there to return a dress which was bought (at New York store) and gifted by my friend and to buy a new one. I did not have the receipt. The manager Alex did not allow me to return the dress without receipt. The worst manager/sales person I have ever seen.

Burlington coat factory does have a good selection and there prices are good but that is where it stops. They are picky in returns you must have all the tags on the garment and they will inspect it carefully. Do not buy shoes it is almost impossible to get a refund. Customer service does not even exist.

A beautiful,clean, well stocked store. Pleasant atmosphere. Backround music is nice and muted not loud an overwhelming. workers who carry themselves in a professional and tasteful manner. Wonderful store with great deals on quality merchandise.

My cousin was trying some heels on and there were needles everywhere and one got stuck on her foot and she was bleeding non stop and the fitting rooms need to be cleaned too much clothes by the entrance and inside of the fitting rooms

Good selection, but their staff seriously needs to learn how to use registers.... They have you give phone numbers in case you lose a receipt. Then of you need to swap for a size they cant find your history.

You can find nice clothing n coats at reasonable prices.It has everything you need in clothing,, shoes, fragrances, coats, for the whole family n for travel.(good prices n styles on luggage).

They are very particular when you have to return things if do not have the receipt you then you must have the price tag on the garment if not they will not accept the return
