I wish I lived closer to this B&N location because if I did, I would probably never come back home! Compared to my local B&N this place is heaven. The cafe has a larger selection of items and is generally cleaner, there are MANY more books to choose from, the bathrooms are clean... The workers are really friendly, as mentioned below. I really wish the tables were larger or that there were more of them, because on busy days its hard to find somewhere to sit, but I still love this place.

The store is great, but the baby boomer customers who treat it like a library need to NOT complain about kids being noisy in the cafe area. If kids dont spend time in bookstores when they are young, they probably wont spend time and money in them when they are older. You know what that means? NO MORE BOOKSTORES. I repeat: "BARNES AND NOBLE IS NOT A LIBRARY." Dont expect it to feel like one, especially on Black Friday weekend. #SMH

Best coffee in the neighborhood Universal drive/Sackett Point Rd area. Barnes & Noble saves me from a long trip to Starbucks. Its my coffee desination and I never wait in line. I love good coffee, its such a sensual experience. B&Ns a lovely store, I love bragain book shopping and I always end up buying other things. I spend lots of money on books, why should I pay them for my good business. Barnes & Noble & A Movie go perfect together.

I didnt like shopping in this location. I didnt feel as though they had good customer service at all. For several minutes, I waited for help trying to find a couple of books. The sales associate did finally cover over to assist me but wasnt much help. I dont think they had been working there that long. Or maybe they just didnt know very much about what I was asking for.

Pretty much your standard book store with coffee shop inside. Location makes for some tricky parking lot navigation if you insist on getting a very close spot. Staff is the best, could not ask for more helpful or friendly people. Great selection and ample seating for in-store reading.

There were a couple of employees discussing re arranging the areas...they were loud and in the way. The books in the medical area are not priced. The general arrangements of departments and books was haphazard. The usual B&N wonderful supply of magazines, books and toys was there....

A real Barnes and Noble brick and mortar store is becoming a rare treat in this day of online shopping. This Barnes and Noble with its Starbucks cafe is as good as its ever been. Still a great place to buy a real book and read it over coffee and pastry.

They have a good selection of comic books and when I was eyeing a few manga books on a rack an employee was nice enough to tell me that they had a whole section full of mangas and I instantly fell in love with that section

More various book selection compared to Broadway downtown. comfortable store, half price selection corner is awesome. sometimes we can find great book with lower price.

A very nicely sized Barnes And Noble with a nice design, wide aisles and great selection. They have a small coffee and seating area.
