Terrible customer service Went to this location on Black Friday with a specific model and size that I wanted to order since they didnt have them on the shelf. Asked a sales associate if he could help me out and order Model XXX size 11.5 - He says they are a full service location and that he could help me out after standing on their sizing machine. After being sized, he tells me hes going to order me a 8.5 since that is what the machine determines is my correct size. I have the exact same boot I want to order in the exact same size - I tell him that I still want a 11.5 and he insists on a 8.5 and asks if ive ever worn their boots before. I have the exact same boots, and he says hed be happy to order a 8.5 and that a 11.5 is too large. Keep in mind, they dont even have a 8.5 for me to try, so even if I agree to go with his recommendation of a 8.5 - Id have to wait a week, drive back to the store, try them on, find out they dont fit and then wait another week for the shoes I wanted in the first place. I will never go to this location again, Ive worn a size 11.5 in tennis shoes, hiking boots, work boots for the last 15 years. I have the EXACT same model and size I was requesting - I dont need a pleb telling me what is right for me. Its incredibly rude to refuse a customers request especially when they know exactly what they want. I went black friday shopping all day today and what should have been a 5 minute order turned into the worst experience Ive had all day. So instead of getting the shoes I wanted, although I knew the model and size, I am stuck writing a review on this garbage Redwing location and the pube-bearded sales associate that chose to waste my time. I will never return to this location, its sales associates are trash - Ill go to the location in New Haven where I bought my last two sets of Red Wing boots.

Drove out here on a Friday at 11:00am only to find out the store was closed even though the hours on the door and online said they open at 9:00am. I called later in the afternoon to see if they were open and they said they had problems with their opening employee so they opened hours later then normal. When I made a second trip out there the same day, the salesmen didnt seem to care much about their job and didnt know basic information. A huge downside for me is that they only had about 6 womans shoes. huge bummer. Not super happy with this store even though I know red wing boots are great. Just needs a better manager/owner :)

The manager was rude when I returned for a bigger size. I couldnt even walk they were so tight. But she insisted thats how there suppose to be. I have issues with painful feet so craming them in a boot doesnt help. Thank God she exchanged them cause sales were final on clearance items.

Service at the store is poor. Two of the three sales people are completely void of any enthusiasm and show zero interest in helping you. The product is great, just make sure you do your own research before you go.
