On several occasions, private and personal info was being requested by announcing outloud and away from customer. Made public. Security is a serious concern. Had two unpleasant direct experiences where pharmacist was undermining my request and prescription order. I felt was dishonest. Also substituted prescription when I was never asked. Prescriptions also not ready on several occasions without notification.

Worst customer service ever cashier was lazy moneygram wasnt working he didnt even try to figure it out he could have called or even tried but he pretty much ignored me because "they have nothing to do w moneygram" Ill never set foot in this CVS again if I was dying of a bacterial infection and they were the only ones w antibiotics Id take my chances and wait on the next pharmacy over to Get my medicine

Horrible as others reviewed. Must be poor management. General lack of concern from employees. I called to inquire about photo service and they said it was working. I walk in ten later and find out it had been broken and others had issues that day. 5 employees and no one has a clue.

Requested a 1 day vacation refill and said company policy not to do vacation refills. On vacation in Florida the CVS there wouldnt fill an out of state prescription. Went to Wallgreens in Florida, they called my Doctor and filled it within the hour. Going to Wallgreens from now on.

Female pharmacist is rude. Has no regard for customers. Do they not teach customer service in pharmaceutical college. 989 Boston Post Rd, CT. Wish I could of rated zero stars.

Rude pharmacy service. Skinny pharmacist with dirty jacket that she always eats out of in front of customers has the worst customer service. Terrible all around
