LONG WAITS / BARISTA TOO BUSY CLEANING TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS. This is not the first time that I have been here and some staff ignored customers and would not help the other barista when there were customers waiting. Tonight one seemed to completely ignore us as she blocked the line while clearing out the display case. I then overheard her say "why dont they see that we are closed (she began ignoring customers about 40 minutes before closing.) She was throwing dishes loudly into a sink, did not say excuse me when working around us, and really was quite irritating. So, do the damned dishes, trash, and cleanup AFTER the door is locked, NOT before. Help your fellow employees. Put the customer first. This is a problem at many Starbucks locations on the east coast. Most range from 4 to 5+ stars and are awesome, but you have some people who are the antithesis of customer service. Myself and others let it slide before, but no more. This is the second starbucks in Connecticut, so far, that is below the level of service of all other states and airports that I have been to. The other substandard one is in Manchester. I have been a Starbucks customer since 2005 and Gold card holder. There is always the nearby Panera.

I came in to get a little breakfast, and to sit and get a little bit of work done, boy was I in for a surprise. It looks as if they had just received a shipment for their products. The whole shop was cluttered with boxes! From the ground up to the ceiling! I finally found a seat in the back, which was also a mistake, I was then surrounded by their boxes, to the point that I could not see the front of the store.I just feel as if this extensive unpacking could have been done over night, or before/after store hours. I usually love starbucks, unfortunately, I dont think that I will be returning to this one.

I went to Starbucks for the first time since I am not a coffee drinker. I received a gift card for the holidays for being a bowling coach. I bought a hot chocolate and a breakfast sandwich. Both of them were quite tasty, especially the hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was made with dark chocolate much to my surprise, delicious! The items that Starbucks sold were moderately priced. For a first time goer to Starbucks, I throughly enjoyed my breakfast that morning! :)

Not very detail oriented, instead of orange juice I got a pellegrino blood orange, oatmeal practically had no water in it, and unfortunately I just picked up the mobile order without checking it, assuming like all other locations the order would be accurate. All in all I just want my orange juice and now Ill have to do without lol.

Friendly staff but they got my order wrong twice in a row now. Im always on the go with work and now Im doing my best to enjoy a coffee I didnt order. Its also always cluttered on their high top table every time Im there with shipment items.

GARBAGE! Nobody should have to ask for no ice in a iced beverage! Whats the point of the drink if I only get 5 sips and a load of ice! I dont spend my money here to get frozen water! I want my coffee! This is terrible! 0 stars if possible...

Pretty friendly staff. Sure, on the days they receive inventory, the store may be cluttered with boxes, but people dont realize it isnt like a Home Depot or Lowes where they have places to put the boxes or an over night crew.

Its a Starbucks. Theres actually two within a quarter mile of each other. The "old one" - not so good. Its beat up real bad. The new one, well its new and kind of soulless. Its Starbucks....

Im on vacation, staying near this location. Ive been in two mornings in a row. Both times, the employees were very nice. The coffee was fresh and the raspberry marble loaf is to die for.
