I went here after our house burnt down and we had no clothes to wear. Sam Dodge helped us access our accounts, gave us a discount, and literally gave me and my fiancee her jackets. She was kind, caring, and went way beyond the call of duty. Customer service like this stops you in your tracks and reminds you of the goodness there is in the world. We are llbean customers forever, and will be going back to this store again and again.

Went to this location last week in search of a good pair of boat shoes and hiking boots. Ended up with a new employee and she was beyond helpful, they did not have the size in the style I wanted so she was able to get one ordered and then tracked one down at another store, both came in quickly and without shipping charges! I could not be happier with the service that was received.

This place is just a catalog store where they are out of stock on everything or its on back order. Come here to browse because you wont find anything available to buy staff at the registered all seemed down.
