Terrible customer service. SNOBBY! Waited 2.5 weeks for my order to arrive at the store. Missed my moms b-day and then her wedding present. I ordered a bracelet for her wedding gift and it never came. Not so much as an apology from the store just a "well you see the items arrive from Europe and take a very long time"....the girl I ordered it from told me 10 days MAX. This store is snobby and full of overpriced crap.

Terrible!!!! I entered the store with a friend that came overseas to visit and we had a terrible service. Not friendly at all, after a working day I felt judged by my tired look and will never return to this store.
