Steve, why would you hire an idiot like Matt and Gary to run this store? You and kathleen have absolutely NO clue how to run this store its amazing. Since charles was let go the store has gone down hill. So you hire gary, who by the way is an alcoholic, but hey you say hes a gun ho kind of guy so i huess that makes him ok. You do know hes let bums into the break room to give them food right? Of course you dont. He writes off beer and drinks on the job. Didnt know that either? The guy is the worst "manager" ive ever seen. Lazy, disrespectful but yet your like in love with this guy, and Matt too. My god how your obsessed with matt is truly amazing. That guy is the biggest idiot, lazy and worlds biggest liar. But hey fake it till you make it right? He has no clue what hes doing. Why do you think everyone is planning on quitting on you steve? Your a terrible boss. You dont know how to interact with your employees. Your not supposed to just talk to gabby and her ridiculous boyfriend parker. Those 2 are really something. They sure are quick to throw ppl under the bus to save themselves. How about you investigate matt, gary, gabby and parker? Steve your so blind its pathetic. Your not a real man, you dont know how to make that workplace a good one. Youll lose this store soon i guarantee it. A little advice, dont hire ppl without actually checking references to be a manager. Seriously man? You hire ppl after they tell you what you wanna hear. Dont get me started with OSHA requirements. Ill be sending and investigation to your store for all the OSHA requirements the store doesnt meet. No licensed forklift drivers, or certified on pallet jacks or bale. Ive got video and pictures of all this. This is just so future employees are safe. You dont have money to train and certify your employees but you have money for a ridiculous new fridge you dont need that your so desperately trying to fix this store and its too late. Go back to oregon and get your stuff together man. Youve been played by matt and gary so bad its ridiculous. Your in love with these 2 who planned all this that recently happen. Be a man and stop letting these 2 idiots run your store and YOU. your too influenced by these morons who basically have zero clue what their doing. Again their telling you everything you wanna hear. But how about you WATCH their performance instead. Charles was right about you and you think gabby didnt let him know what happen? Remember gabby tells him EVERYTHING. Good thing for charles we can just work with him. Also tru and joe are quitting on you any day now too. Your a terrible owner / operator/ boss. Get it together your not looking too good to corporate.

A suggestion for your Manager. When handling a situation where a customer is harrassing another and customer needs to raise voice for help so one can shop in your store with out space being molested with demonic forces of religious beliefs; being pushed onto another sentient being... It would be a good Idea first and foremost to actually introduce yourself as a manager to communicate to ensure the customer has been taken care of. If you just walk up as an employee of the store and say I talked to him there is no problem and walk away . This is not informing customer that things were handled. An example: Are you okay? I am the manager, I am sorry you had to experience what you experienced and I ensure you the situation is under control . Welcome to grocery outlet please continue shopping everything has been handled. I was not being embraced even though a customer ensured me the manager spoke to the man who walked up to me really fast with a loud voice of dominant energy with his demons. The customers were doing the managers job as far as being human, compassionate. The manager was more in a rush to not be seen talking to me, insecure, but I do thank him for the help I did not know he was doing. I share this for the truth of my right to speak as I will. I did not buy a thing never will either. I will take my business else wear and I walk everywhere I go. Note I am not the only one as you can see who is giving low ratings. manage it do your job.

Every time I go to our G.O ...I am greeted by the cashier who is saying...good morning... Thank you for shopping at g.o an I find everything I need ...maybe I dont see what you see...dont know if hey are connected.. I see no cashier hating her Jon maybe stop by target an see what cold cashier...not even a conversation... Just thanks by..I would take G.O over Target even if they have clearence prices...those are where the real expensive grocery part of target. We all have had different experience with G.O! Thats just my opinion. Not saying I didnt read you posts cuz I did...an it still proves to be different for everyone.. Have a great weekend, off to G.O :)

I love this Grovery Outlet as it is the biggest in Sacramento (at least thats what I hear)! It has a selection of produce, fruit and dairy as well as a frozen foods section and random odds and ends of other necessity. Dont come to a GO expecting to find everything on your shopping list. If youre a simple eater like me (i.e. meat, veggie & fruit) then you really shouldnt have too hard of a time finding things to make a meal out of. You wont get too many of the names that you have come to love here, but when it comes to food, I could care less about what name is on it; it all tastes alike to me - except when youre talking about pop tarts, Kelloggs is the ONLY way to go! I bought a simple months worth of groceries here for under $60 bucks! Umm yeah, you CANNOT beat that!!

I come to this location from South Sacramento because the on on E.Stockton Blvd usually doesnt have what my family shops for. I have found some very good bargains here. Employees are always very friendly and helpful. I also go to the one on Bond Rd in elk Grove. They have some pretty good deals. But the thing I have learned shopping at the Grocery Outlet Stores that if you find a good deal or something you really like that you have to buy all you can. I was really disappointed when I found a couple items and went back and they have not had them since.

Ok, we know Grocery Outlet doesnt always have exactly what you are looking for, but I went to this one because I saw it was larger that the one I go to Downtown. Big Mistake. First, the only fresh veggies (lettuce, cabbage, cucumber) that were NOT rotten where the bananas. Even the bagged stuff looked iffy. They seemed to have less selection than the one downtown. Prices all across the board were higher than the one downtown. Can someone explain that to me? I give it two stars because I could actually walk and not hit a wall going through the aisles.
