I can add to what previous posters wrote. The online website FloristOne used this florist to fulfill my order for flowers to a funeral service. Delivery was ordered for the previous day of the service. I attended the service and found no flowers. In real time I emailed FloristOne describing the problem. After an exchange of emails this particular florist admitted they delivered to the WRONG funeral home but then delivered the order the next day AFTER the service at the mortuary concluded. I am currently seeking a refund from FloristOne and disputing the credit card charge. Timeliness is of the utmost importance for memorial flowers and that is what you contract for when you order flowers.

This place is a disgrace to customer service. The man on the phone told me that I cant read and he cant help me. Turns out he wasnt making sense. He kept on telling me that item was shipped via FedEx and that he cannot give me the item that I see online. They are two different concepts, when I tried to figure out a link between the two he said to me that Clearly you cant read but it says its shipped via FedEx, well yes I can read but what does FedEx have to do with product availability. Then he proceeded to hang up on me TWICE. Such a disgrace to man kind they are.. CLOSE DOWN and let some other business take your place. Waste of time, money and energy this place is.

For all that is holy in this world, stay away from this place. I have never met a more incompetent, senile group of people in my life. They managed to charge my credit card for the corsage I ordered, but upon arrival had no idea the order even existed. Claimed it would take 20 minutes to make it. Im still there and its been about an hour, theyve come out twice to show us how its going, and both times the corsage wasnt even the color requested (first was white, second was black and green. Supposed to be blue). Im actually amazed how they can still be in business, being so terrible at the job. Go literally anywhere else, you will regret coming here.

The WORST customers service Ive ever had . Old man on the phone doesnt know how to silent to customers needs . It was the biggest mistake to make business with this people .I dont know how they even manage to keep this business open ?? WARNING save your money and make sure you make business directly not with a 3rd party... NOT WORTH IT....

Absolute WORST customer service. The owner, Bill, hung up on me more than once and refused to give me a refund for flowers that werent delivered. Unfortunately this shop was the chosen vendor for flowers I ordered online.
